    I'm not really sure if it's working or not. I wanted better service in the hard to reach places in my home (which is only 1600sq ft) and it isn't any better in some places.

    Wanted a different mesh system but of course they only carry it online and not in the store. Said they could order and it would take two weeks. Wouldn’t do me any good since I needed a new one now because my old one broke. The employees at this Best Buy are not as helpful as they should be. If we had other options in this town for something I needed now I would go there.

    I purchased this item on a recommendation from an employee at best buy. I was told it would replace my old router and give me more wifi coverage for my home. In fact it had to be plugged into my old wifi router so now I have 2 different wifi to sign into. one (the old one) works best but not as far. The new one has a further reach but won't allow me to open most web pages without having to type in the number on the router...
