I have no issues with the product, but the ordering experience was awful. I wanted this product initially but did not order as it was not in stock and I needed something more quickly. I ordered a similar product instead because it was listed in stock and used my Birthday discount to purchase. After ordering instead of being available for store pick up next day, availability was listed a week out. I called the store to check on the order the next day (another challenging situation!) and was told that even though the site listed it in stock (1 remaining), that no store had this in stock and would need to be ordered. Asked if there was something similar in stock, again because I was looking for something sooner. I was transferred to the department that would handle, only to have the call ring and ring, ultimately being disconnected. I cancelled the order online, ordered this item as before I ordered it was indicated that it would be delivered 9/8. Once I placed the order, it was indicated that it would not be delivered until 9/10. On 9/11 I then received a text that my original order (that I had cancelled) was in. Based on this overall experience, I would have purchased from Amazon, but delivery was a month out. I understand that things are challenging at this time, but putting accurate information on your web site is essential. I wanted to put feedback regarding this experience on your website, but that was a joke as well. I certainly was not going to pick up the phone once again, sit on hold just be to disconnected. I doubt that I will receive, but I would appreciate my Bday discount applied to this purchase.

It’s super easy to setup and for the most part works well. However, my devices (10) will occasionally drop the internet (lose the signal) randomly, this has never happened with any other router I’ve used before. I believe this router is suppose to be able to work with up to 15 devices; not in my case. For $199.99 it should be able to maintain a signal.

The NETGEAR Orbi's were recommended and are working as we were told. Keep them up high, they work like an umbrella. We have five TV's throughout the house and have a strong signal on the TV in the bonus room.

Very good product was having WiFi issues but this solved my problem don’t have any issues doesn’t matter how many devices are connected.

After dealing with my WiFi not having a strong signal in my parts of my home I purchased this and couldn’t be happier. This works perfect and provides me a strong WiFi connection in areas that wasn’t getting it prior.

I am pleased with this mesh system. I now have faster streaming and no delay in my programming. I call also control each device from my cell phone. Easy setup, I should have purchased this item months ago.

Didn’t know why to expect when I got these I purchased a 5200 sft house and these give me amazing coverage from my backyard all the way out front on the street couldn’t be more happier with this well worth the money

We are receiving better bandwidth and coverage from our new Orbi than we getting with 5 yr. old Asus WiFi router. Super easy to set up!

My office is far enough away from the main router than made wireless use a struggle and this system makes connectivity better but at the sacrifice of speeds. Whether it's video calls, working online, or gaming, this system keeps you well connected to the internet without any drops and is easily controlled in the NETGEAR app (just don't forget your password.) Only thing missing from the satellite units is an Ethernet port for wired connection.

This was my second attempt at extending my WiFi network. The first product was a failure (I won't name the name but it earned a 1 star review). This one has a setup/monitoring app that is quick, easy to use, and unobtrusive. The network itself is fast enough for online games (mostly Dauntless) and 4k streaming. It basically creates a second WiFi network throughput the house. You can add other satellite pieces to further extend the network, also. A quick switching of WiFi options on my son's devices, and he hasn't had another connectivity issue ever again. The price is well worth my peace of mind.

Orbi whole home router network is working well and a lot better than our previous router from our internet service provider. I’m happy with our purchase and would recommend this product to others.

Love these added to our current wifi. We needed something to boost our other TVs in our movie room as they are not on our cable, but use a fire stick. This has been a total game changer for our basement!

Great solution for our wifi problems at the church. This item stretched out the wifi signal among the building and gave us the boost we needed to preform items such as live streaming of services.

These are great. I never have any problems with m WIFI anymore. It was a bit tough hooking it up. I think my phone is just to old. I worked on my son's phone.

It took a while to get it set up. I had to call the help desk multiple times. They were very, very helpful though once I got connected. Spent a lot of time walking me through, trouble shooting, etc. We finally got everythnig working. You get 3 months of free help before it costs you so make sure that everything is all squared away before that time runs out.

I have this netgear-orbi ac1200dual band mesh and I have been very happy with it. So far I haven't had no problems at all. I recommend this for anyone who has trouble with internet connection issues.

It doesn't work as great as advertised but its an improvement from my wifi signal before. Its easy to set up too.

We have really enjoyed these they were up really well and we seem to have better service with these I highly recommend them

I was impressed at how easy it was to set this up. Plug and play on the App - 20 minutes and it was set up. Internet speeds in my house have definitely increased dramatically. I recommend this product.

Got this mesh WiFi system to go with my google fiber. I have put some of the satellites around my condo go help get the most out of my gb internet. The setup is super simple on the app.
