I got this to upgrade my wifi in my house since I had recently started automating my house and adding more wifi devices (sensors, thermostats, door bell, etc). Easy setup, great coverage throughout my home

After the easy initial setup and firmware update, it was up and running in about 10 minutes. The speed and connectivity improvements are far better than expected. Consistent speeds & no issues at all.

Had a few glitches with phones staying connected. However that was fixed and now have great WiFi coverage across our home and even outside in garage and patio areas. House is about 3200 sqft.

I live in NYC where my Apartment complex seems to be in a dead zone. I mean the kitchen and bathroom were parts of my apartment where I had no signal for WiFi or cellular. With this router and the satellite I can now surf the net in the kitchen and the bathroom. The connection is usually strong and fast. It’s a huge step up from the router that my service provider provided. The app that works with this router is super easy to use and seamless.

Bought this to replace Hotwire provided router which limited bandwidth. The Orbi provides good data speed and was easy to set up. The online support is also very good.

If you are having problems with the Internet in your house, and have the highest package of Internet. GET THIS! It's amazing. We never drop Internet and it's as fast as can be. 10/10

The lady that recommended this to us was so nice. We were skeptical about it but working through cinder block. But it was and has a strong signal! We will be buying one for the house!

We were struggling with coverage issues and drop-offs in our vacation home before purchasing Orbi. Along with a Netgear CM 1000 Modem, we now have consistent speeds throughout the interior of our 2000 ft home as well as great coverage outside by the pool. Based on that experience, I also purchased the RK50 system for our main home and couldn't be more pleased. This is FAR superior to the Nighthawk X6 router and extender that it replaced!

I am somewhat knowledgeable with technology and I found the setup for this item to be easier than most "standard" routers, the guide made it as easy as plugging a device and downloading an App. My biggest question going in was how much space this kit would cover. I have a three level (basement + two floors) home, with approximately 1200 squarefeet on each. This kit covers my whole home with no deadspots and extends to a large portion of my lawn; devices also maintain a higher speed then with my previous setup. I can't compare this to other "whole home" systems, but I would definitely recommend this system (and buy it again).

Bought this to replace some existing aging wifi gear. I think it took me longer to get it out of the box than to set it up; it's almost trivially easy. Performance throughout the house is excellent - I have about 3200 sq.ft on three levels, and this setup seems more than enough. All my devices connected seamlessly, and I love being able to edit them through the browser interface and identify them all correctly.

The signal is very adequate and the app user interface is very intuitive, I was able to name all my network devices and have total control who uses my network

I purchased the Orbi at the recommendation of one of the Best Buy Associates. I was returning another router and she suggested the Orbi -- we love it!

When my Asus AC1900 router (which I had been very happy with) failed, I did not intend to replace it with a mesh router. Even though they are the newest technology, our house is only 2,000 SF so it did not seem necessary. However, the Netgear Orbi AC2200 kit was on sale for only about $20 more than the other routers I was looking at so I bit. I've been pleasantly surprised; setup was pretty easy (I did have to reboot my modem before the new router would recognize the signal) and the newer Netgear web interface is pretty good. I haven't tried the smartphone app control because I don't see the need yet. Make sure to update the firmware right away, since these routers are newer models I think the firmware updates offer notable improvements. My favorite feature is that the router combines the 2.4 and 5 Ghz bands under a single SSID and decides which works best for your device. Oddly, the overall range of the wifi signal does not seem improved over my older Asus router. However, for the area covered the signal is stronger. Wifi speed is not improved over my older AC1900 router but that is not a surprise, I'm limited by my TWC bandwidth - even my older router was not maxed out. As long as this router lasts for longer than 2 years (my Asus bit the dust after 2 years), I'll be happy!

I bought this to replace a vulnerable wndr series router and extender. Super easy setup by cell phone. I had it set up in 15 minutes. It took longer to switch all 9 of my devices to the new network. Better coverage and one wifi name instead of two. The only problem was the old router had 4 ports and the Orbi had 3. They were full up, but found a spare on the Vonage adapter.

Purchased to improve wi-if coverage in my house and for my outdoor video doorbell. Installation was a snap and my coverage is now excellent.

2000 sq ft home with three floors. The orbi has worked great. Easy set up and now i am able to play xbox one wirelessly from the 3 story.

I purchased this router satellite combination because my old router could not cover me new home. OUr new place is split level and while it is 1900 square feet the design impacted the wifi coverage. The netgear orbi turned out to be the perfect solution. The installation was extremely easy and now we have coverage throughout the house.

After getting other mesh systems that require regular restarts or completely went out on us we decided to try the Orbi. So far it has worked flawlessly with our 25+ devices. The setup is web based and the Orbi is filled with all the options of a regular router which I like. I would recommend this over other mesh systems I've tried.

I purchased this router with the Arris modem to upgrade my home wifi system. We had accumulated too many devices for my old Lynksys to handle. This was simple to install, has a satellite that I plug into the kitchen, and basically does everything i need. No more slow streaming, dropped videos, or endless buffering. I don't have to turn off my devices to ease the load anymore.

Very happen with the product, I wasnt getting Wifi signal very where in the apartment, with this product that solves the issue.
