Had the eero earlier. Not sure if I just happened to have a bad set but all three were super hot at the touch. Noticed wasn’t getting good signal through out the property. I exchanged and switched over to the Orbi and it’s been great. Can’t go wrong with either one but I like the eero phone app knowing what it each individual unit doing. I have been pleased with the orbi and property has signal. Orbi super easy to set up

If you want a system you can set up and forget about with good coverage, then this is the product for you. I wish I looked into the smaller controls more. There isn't a way to select 5g or 2.4g band. It sets it automatically for you. I also wanted to set priority for my pc but it's supposed to be a smart system that determines which device needs the most bandwidth but for some reason it gives my phone 800mbs yet gives my pc 100mbs?

I have internet running at 450mbps all over a 4000 sq ft house. It is even as high as 400 out by the pool and fire pit! My only complaint, hence the 4 stars is that there is a dead spot right at my front door and my doorbell camera is not working. I'm going to move some stuff around and see if I can fix it. other than that, very happy with the mesh network.

This mesh system is amazing. My stock Spectrum router constantly cut out and the 5g coverage was worthless. I have had this mesh system for 5 months and it has not cut out once. Amazing. I now have strong 5g coverage all throughout my house. Even outside on the screen porch. Speed has increased also. Very easy to set up with clear instructions. The app is awesome. I can see every device connected and can control it from there.

Overall the Mesh system works fine. The only issue was the 5 GHz channel it used for the backchannel and the 5 Ghz my AT&T U-Verse uses for communicating the TV signal to the wireless set-top boxes was the same. Took some digging and system comments to change the channel for the router to router communications. Other than that easy to setup and easy to monitor. No other issues. More capacity that I needed.

Great system, perfect for a bigger house that needs WiFi in every room. Easy setup.

Installation and setup is quite easy. It's working quite well and cover the house pretty good.

Bought this to help cover our 2 story 2700 sq ft home. No issues there in lag especially when multiple users at a time (streaming, gaming, etc). Only down side is re-pairing the devices when off line due to power outages for example. You have to go to each device to resync. Not a big deal if you like going up and down stairs!

Best wifi coverage i have purchased. Easy setup. No dropped signals. Would recommend.

While under the pandemic stay at home order, like everyone we are watching more TV and streaming more entertainment. Both Netflix and Amazon were freezing multiple times during programs. We tried an extender with no success. Decided to switch to this mesh wifi system. After a few days of fine-tuning, the freezing has largely stopped and the dead spot in our family room has been remedied. Great product!

These increased my wifi speed tremendously. They reach a greater distance also.

Bought this due to poor wifi in our 3000sq ft 3 level home. Was pretty easy to set up but took some repositioning to get everything working well. Most devices originally connected to the main hub but over time they moved to the closer satellites. I liked that I could use my previous network name so I didn't have to reset up all the wifi devices in the house. This was not cheap but gives me great coverage throughout the house.

This unit solved all of my streaming issues. Before I would lose my signal constantly and had very poor connection in basement. Have one unit in office, front of house and basement which covers everything. Set-up was a breeze - it walks you through everything. A little expensive but worth it. Compared it to other systems and my son-in-law who works in IT recommended this. Very satisfied.

I have little to complain about to be honest the coverage is good, working from home with at least a dozen wireless devices transmitting or receiving at any given time they work great. My only real complaint is I wish it didn't keep trying to push security software on me constantly there needs to be an option to disable it completely so I am not getting what amounts to ads on my routers homepage.

I’ve had the ORBI for a month. Hooked the main unit to my cable modem. The other two amplifiers are placed strategically. One is near my desktop which allowed me to use its Ethernet port, which makes the computer lightning fast. Our tablets and phones work great with plenty of bandwidth. A huge improvement over my previous Netgear router. Spend the extra money. You won’t be sorry.

Due to system requirements in our neighborhood and the size and configuration of our new home, the Orbi made the most practical sense in support. We have two levels, but due to the layout, these units supported our needs. One on the south end of the house near the entertainment area and the second remote unit on the north end by the back bedrooms. Coverage is ample and ease in setting up with their on line app.

I get full signal through out my house which is upstairs and downstairs. About 2000 square feet just have to setup the router and satellites like a triangle. Follow the instructions and it will work as intended. I actually get signal outside of the house aswell like 6000 square feet. It took some trial and error to set the satellites up in the best spots of the house but my patience paid off.
