This finally got my wifi all over my 5 level house. Main unit in the basement. 1st unit on the main floor. 2 unit on the top floor. It can take a few minutes to reconnect when the power goes off, but other than that it works great with my spectrum internet with its own app to boot!

We're so glad that we purchased this. Our home Wi-Fi network is virtually seamless now in every part of the house (1,800+ square feet). It's also nice being able to use the Orbi app to help monitor and manage the system on my phone. I highly recommend this product.

Im a self employed electrician and needed to recommend a WiFI product that would suit the customers needs. Using this system in the past for another customer, I knew I could rely on the product capabilities. Set up is challenging and requires several attempts to activate by reseting the devices.

All I can say is... WOW! I'm glad I finally went the mesh route. I started having connectivity issues with my older router so I decided to upgrade to the Orbi. I am very impressed with the strength throughout my 2 story home. I have great strength from one end to the other which I have NEVER before.

This particular devise required a factory reset / complete re-configuration after an unexpected power outage. VPN connections are then denied (I use Cisco AnyConnect and Express VPN). Mobile app shows it's Internet status as offline even though it still provides Internet. Mobile App also intermittently loses connection to device when trying to reconfigure. The only option you're left with is to grab a paper clip and hit the reset button. Happened twice in the 13 days I've owned it. Unacceptable, it's going back to best buy. I still give it 2 starts because it does work as advertised and provides great whole house coverage. Just don't let it lose power, then all bets are off.

For network with fairly spaced out mines work with about 5000 square feet i was having a hard time getting computers to stay on line and having a after school it was annoying had a spectrum tech come in and gave me.the advice and i ran with it and it been a wonderful easily ran great product

Needed to expand wifi to another small home about 20 feet from by back porch. This Orbi system completed a task that all others have failed including crappy wifi extenders and powerline solutions. Getting about 60-80 mb download from expected and paid for 330 mb download from ATT so cant really complain about that. Having said that this took far too long to get up and running. I don't care what anyone says, to get optimal performance, you really need to be somewhat of an IT expert. I had to contact Netgear support to get anything to link and then needed help making the ATT piece of supplied garbage just a modem with the Orbi taking on router responsibilities. Took over 2 hours and overall performance is just ok. Still would recommend for reaching extremely difficult locations that need wifi.

Worked fine but didn’t do any better than cable modem. Was hoping for better range, speed but it worked just as good, would be perfect for someone that would need that & didn’t already have comparable product installed & was paying for it.

We were having internet issues for months until finally deciding to take the plunge and purchase this system. After much review I came to the conclusion that this was the best choice for our needs. Two months later we are extremely pleased with the product effectiveness.

This wifi setup has been a an answer to the problem we've been fighting for a year! We never have to reset the system and our whole house has a strong signal. We have four PCs and three laptops running during the day with on problems.

Adding the Orbi to our home has made connectivity so much better. We have three levels and now we have no problems with internet connection regardless of which level we are on. No dead spots; great to eliminate interest service throughout you home.

The iPhone app is a little odd and took getting used to it. But you can still log into a webpage the same as old routers and see all the details if you prefer. One wifi network and passcode, full home coverage, hard to say anything bad about that.

I got this for my home because we always have up to 25 devices connected. Once I figured out how to change the settings I've had no problems. It keeps all my devices connected without kicking us off the internet like the previous router we had.

I moved just down the street, but have much better service with Mediacom because of the Orbie. Previously I used the Mediacom modem as a router also. Had serious latency issues. With Orbie I have seamless access all over the house.

I live in a three floor townhome and have always had dead zones in the house even with extenders, with this mesh system have no dead spots and 500 speed in any room without having to login to a different extender for each floor

We bought this to solve a coverage issue in our home. It is extremely easy to setup. I do like the APP that allows you to log each device. Only issue I have is my daughters cell phone has a difficult time getting a good connection.

Bought this to allow us to work from home better since our old Netgear router was from 2005 and an extender that didn’t mesh well. Only had the Orbi for a few weeks and it covers a lot of area but had to restart it a few times when we lost signal.

These worked out of the box to create a newer, more powerful network. However - if you need to keep the router from ISP (as I did), you are faced with a daunting issue of bridging the two networks. This is not for the faint of heart...

I bought other brand and i have to return, as i was Reading the review of this product, i should have bought this long time ago. My house is 3,500 sqft, it can cover my Whole house, i just have to buy a separate satellite to make it better
