    At initial install, it worked fine but I needed to re-establish connection with the satellites often. Had three support calls and made several adjustments including channels on both frequencies, restarted all equipment, relocated satellites, etc. Netgear support had the same triage every time but the main issue persisted. I could not maintain even a below average connection beyond 24 hours so I had to reboot the whole system every morning. I gave it 12 days and many unfortunate dropped Webex meetings and presentations And hours on support calls before calling it quits and returning the product. Disappointing given the ratings were so good and the price was fairly high comparatively. I replaced it with an eero mesh that has turned out to be unbelievably solid and exactly what I had hoped for, and for $100 less.
