    Bought this in home quarantine from geek squad advisor but they failed to say how difficult it is to bridge Verizon router over to Orbi router. Then may have to run Ethernets to your TVs. I will be returning tru band and the outdoor mesh extender I bought. Has to be something easier on the market then this. Plus NETGEAR customer service is horrible!!!

    worked fairly well for 8 months then completely quit, contacted netgear who forced me to purchase extended support to troubleshoot the router that is still well within warranty, determined hardware failure, paid more money for advance replacement, been a week and they havent even shipped a replacement yet. dont waste your money

    Upgraded to ac3000. The ac2200 didn’t work due to the size of my apartment

    Initial experience with Orbi was great! No problems. Then the update came. Modem would now drop, or orbi would not connect to modem. Tried calling Netgear—they would not help without us paying $150. We owned the Orbi for less then 6 mos. if you do purchase Orbi—get extended warranty!

    Very easy to set up but the default sets ORBI to blocking HTTPS websites that are not explicitly defined in URL I can’t even get to the orbi login site to fix this setting - no tech support after 90 days. Going to throw this in the rubbish pile and avoid netgear in the future.

    We liked Orbi for the first week but then it stopped working. The signal kept dropping. We returned it to Best Buy no problem and got a different unit.

    After following the instructions, following several troubleshooting videos, we still couldn’t get this to connect to our internet. The app that is needed to setup the equipment is glitching. I do not recommend this product.

    I have had this product now for over a year now. I'm not sure if it defective. My devices keep losing connection with the router. Even when they are right next to the router.

    Bought this in October 2019. Was great up until today. Tried to get support from Netgear online bough they would only refer to community forums because I bought this to long ago.

    Horrible service. My house is big and I kept having to buy more and more. Bestbuy said all I needed was this batch but it wasn’t enough. Not worth the money.

    We tried to install it and then spent over 6 hours with tech support to only come to the conclusion that mine wasn't working properly and that I should just return it.

    It stopped working once the year factory warranty expired. The only way I can t get it fixed it is I purchased a new warranty contract through Netgear.

    My first connection went smoothly the trouble started when I changed my internet provider. The system stopped working and could not provide wifi. I had to return it.

    Satellites stopped working less than a year

    One satellite stopped working completely. Won’t power on. The power on the second goes in and out. Causing lost connection.
