Easy to install, just follow the app. Takes several minutes to sync the satellites. Speed tests are great even outside of home. Ensure you place Sats in areas where you lack previous coverages

I installed this in a 2 story home and it works as advertised there is complete coverage in areas that were dead spots. The speed is great and the also 1 said for both frequencies is beneficial.

We have Fios. 4000 sq foot house. Was using router and extender system before. Had to reset weekly and still dead spots and uneven speed. Bought this. Had it installed in ten minutes. Magic. Wifi everywhere with slowest speed being 300 mps and avg being 500 plus. 900 near base unit. Incredible. Don't hesitate. Buy it.

Purchased item to boost signal to dead areas of home. Super easy install, super easy app to navigate. Item was quick and easy to set up and working great within 20 minutes of opening the package.

Excellent product. I wasn’t getting get the speed out of old router and the Orbi definitely gives me all 400 MBS out of my Spectrum internet Also, the range and security are great.

We live rurally and only get AT&T DSL. This improved our overall internet speed eliminating the standard Wi-Fi router. Coverage is excellent have a good range outside of the house as well.

This device increased the range and speed of the WiFi signal in our house. We do have one computer that continues to drop the WiFi, but I think this is a computer issue not the Mesh WiFi system.

Set up was very easy, more or less plug and play. Increased my internet signal in the entire house hold as advertised and has worked great since I first set it up at least a month ago.

Much faster speeds and way more coverage than the wifi router I got from my internet provider. I now have coverage throughout my entire house and back yard. Wish I had bought it sooner.

This was the easiest router setup yet. Works well and coverage throughout a multi-floor home is great. I have hard wired the two satellites to the router and have had no problems.

I live in a big old house with thick plaster walls. By the time my router’s signal reached from my upstairs home office to my living room, my devices were strangled for bandwidth. My ring doorbell had basically given up the ghost. I had tried extenders but, of course, loss magnitudes of bandwidth across each hop. I was lucky to get 10 minutes of streaming before the dreaded buffer especially when my son was playing video games. Out of frustration, I grabbed the Best Buy app and added this item to my cart for store pick up. Within 10 minutes of walking back into the house, my entire home, all 3500 sq ft of thick plaster and brick fireplaces was streaming at my providers max download speed. From top to bottom, front to back. The funniest thing is, in all this time, I am just realizing how HD my cameras really are. Ring doorbell included. So far, so good.

Mesh system was super easy to set up, replacing old Airport Extreme. So far so good with the signal strength and consistency. Time will tell - only drawback is these systems are still costly.

I have a TV in our backyard patio and am now able to get full reception with it because of this tri, its super easy to set up and has that range I need, plus its voice activated!!

This was the best investment I could have made! Easy set up, flawless operation, provides a great signal everywhere in the house allowing for fast streaming to multiple devices.

We upgraded our speed to 1Gb and we needed a better router. Out wifi speeds have definitely improved with the mesh. It has doubled. However I have a samsung phone and the wifi keeps saying authentication error. When it is connected it also drops. This problem is only with my samsung phone. The wifi works great with everything else. It's frustrating and it's apparently a known issue with no solution.

I wanted to try this system because I regularly experienced dead zones in my home which affected my business and work calls made over the internet. Adding in my child doing school from home, I was regularly having to use my phone without the WiFi on to send emails or complete tasks. So far, I have been able to multiple devices (desktops, laptops, phones, iPads, tablets, TVs and smart devices) all on my internet and throughout my home without issue. Even while running 2 gaming systems. Very pleased

Easy to set up and with netgear the whole house is covered and no more slow coverage in any room. So glad Orbi was recommended to us. Love the look and design of orbi.

This was purchased to help with our 3000sq ft home on 2 levels. Works greats. I wanted the upgrade to get the tri-band due to some reviews I read about the dual band problems. I'm really enjoying the expanded coverage. The accompanying software is good too. The offer of Bit Defender is actually a good deal for a good product. One thing was the install wasn't as simple as advertised. Being a novice/medium user of electronics, I got this installed eventually. Easily purchase this product again!!!

This is the third Orbi system I have purchased. This system was for my parents. With this setup, I found the process has become even easier over time. As expected, wifi coverage is greatly improved from the previous setup. I am plugging this Orbi router directly into the existing modem/router combination from AT&T and using the Orbi system in Access Point mode. To configure for this mode, you have to login to the Orbi router from a browser... the phone app does not have this configuration functionality. Unless your home is tiny, any house seems to benefit from a mesh wifi system such as Orbi.

I used so many different extender for my wifi, and there were always blink spot.. no connection.. buth with this system, my whole house is now covered with very strong signal.
