Upgraded a fairly old cable modem router. Was only able to game with Ethernet cable before but this is almost comparable gameplay wise. Game download speeds greatly reduced though. The mesh satellite was a pain to connect but works good once connected.

Very happy with my purchase. I have now the fastest internet I've ever had.

it's expensive but if you want some of the best, this is the right one. No more dead spots. Excellent!

Upgraded my cable providers Modem and router to the Orbi and made improvements to coverage and speeds. I was getting less than 300mbps with the old modem and would need to reset it often to maintain speed. Now I get between 325 to 370mbps on my 300mbps plan. It was easy to hook up. I did need to use customer support I couldn’t finish the set up connection error. After the usual troubleshooting they asked me to plug it into a different outlet and it was able to complete setup. I had it on an old power strip plugging it direct to the wall. The app makes it easy to monitor your network.

Product is good but best buy has 15 days refturn window is very small. I won’t buy any electronics with bestbuy if other vendors are giving big return window for same price! Disappointing!

Setting this up is extremely simple with a user friendly app. It has improved the wifi signal in my home and increased the coverage to be able to rely on my outdoor cameras. I highly recommend this product. It’s reliable and future proof for smart homes such as mine.

What an absolute speed demon of a Wi-Fi mesh system. Get full speeds out of my fiber internet. No lost connections and great upload and download speeds. Extremely easy to set up

This Netgear Orbi cable modem Wi-Fi 6 mesh system is fantastic. Easy set up and hi speed Wi-Fi, makes 4k UHD video streaming a breeze, as well as online gaming. Highly recommended.

The main setup of the base unit is pretty straightforward. The tough part is setting up the remote unit. The instructions are terrible. They don't explain that it may take up to 3 minutes between steps of you just waiting. I ended up on a service call for around 45 minutes before they could even get it working properly. Since then though, its run perfect for over a month with great speed.

They work great! Easy to set up, although having xfinity makes it just slightly harder than any other provider. Provides excellent range and speed on our split level thick walled home.

Huge improvement over my previous setup. I had the D-Link DGL4500 and it constantly dropped connection. No issues with this one. Speed and range are greatly improved.

No problems so far. Getting 1.2g with xfinity no problem. Simple setup with smartphone.

From my old modem/router combo, certain devices in my home wouldn't even connect or would continuously disconnect where I would have to reenter password every time. This Netgear Mesh Modem/Router changed, not only speeds and strong connections, but changed my living. In such that now I don't have to worry about devices going offline and can feel supported.

Product is great but BB service was terrible. I was told via online chat and phone call to store that I could buy this online and go to the store to get my trade-in discount of 15%. When I got to the store they said the deal was no longer available even though it was still listed online. Could not reach the manager. sales supervisor was ineffective. Very disappointed in BB. They lost 2 customers. As for the Orbi, whenever the power goes out the unit must be unplugged and restarted to reset the internet.

We were getting spotty internet service using our 6 year old modem/router, and were advised to switch to Orbi AX4200. It took over an hour and 2 different representatives to get this set up; but it's worth it. Our internet speed is much higher now and equally strong in all corners of our home. Just breathe and accept the setup will be time intensive.

Best purchase to upgrade your internet. Easy set up and WiFi coverage is way more than needed, but makes it an excellent buy. 100% more reliable than the modems that COX provides you. The only thing you must be patient with is your cable provider adding your own modem to their system on the phone. They were able to accomplish but took about 1 hour on the phone. After that was complete I have nothing but a great experience. Absolutely worth the money.

The router and satélite pack is really easy to set up and it’s super reliable. Great value for price
