Only 10-25% of bandwidth, not 2Gbps!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A good idea, but misleading. The devices work as advertised but they never achieve 2,000 Mbps. The noise in the power lines and other considerations mean you only get 10-25% of maximum bandwidth. (Google it, it is a known limitation). So I have 300Mbps at my router. I get 150Mbps maximum out of the P2000 Powerline. Considering I wanted to use these in favor of wires hanging from the rafters, it's a losing proposition. I might as well use my WiFi. And at $60 each ($120 for the pair) it's not a good deal. BTW: I bought 4 units for $240 total. So sad.

Best Powerline Equipment
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you're considering powerline equipment, this is what you should be getting. If you think you only need one ethernet port, you're wrong, you'll need two. It's far better to have and not need than need and not have, which turned out to be the case. I ended up plugging a few access points into these and using one short ethernet cable to provide internet to the APs, and the other ethernet port for my computer or other devices. These are easy to set up and use, and have utility too!

As fast as an Ethernet cable!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this to have a wired connection to my wall mounted TV and Apple TV without having to run a Ethernet cable through the wall. I tested the connection with a long Ethernet cable to see what speeds I would get if I was using that, and I got the exact same speed with this adapter. MAKE SURE NOT TO PLUG ANYTHING ELSE INTO THE OUTLET! Since it has an outlet built in, use that instead: when I plugged things into the outlet rather than through the device, it greatly affected my speeds (200MB/S down to 10MB/S).

Expanded my WiFi to service all of my condo
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked great for my situation. Live in a condo and our internet service comes in at the office where I want to have the router to be wire connected. The master bedroom on the opposite end had very slow connection to wifi. I plugged tone of these in by the main router and configured an old router as an access point. Speed tests in the master bedroom are great now.

Great for Internet without super long cables
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This worked as expected. I do not notice a significant drop in the internet connection compared to a direct cable connection but there is a drop noticable only if you play games that need a high refresh rate. This is great for everyday use and with three computers connected to one of these, it is a great buy compared to a wireless card. The only issue I have with the box is that if you plug it into the lower outlet, it will cover half of the top outlet which effectively wastes a usable outlet. At least there is an outlet on the box so you can add some outlet extension cables to it.

Great PowerLine Adapter!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a two story house (1800sf) with my modem/router in upstairs bedroom. I have one Powerline adapter connected to my wireless router in that room and the other in my living room downstairs on the opposite end of the house. I have Spectrum internet at 200mb/s and with this I have a hardwired connection to my PS4 downstairs that averages 150mb/s! I would buy this again if needed. I do not have this going through a surge protector. I did originally and it seemed like the performance suffered a bit.

Great Product
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The product works great and actually turns your electrical lines into high-speed ethernet connection. The only complaint I have and this has nothing to do with the product itself hence why I'm not docking any stars is when electricity usage is high internet speeds decrease because the signal strength decreases. My house was built in the 60s so the fact that I can actually get gigabit speeds during most of the day is quite impressive.

Great and easy to set up
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works great but definitely depends on your power in your house, if you don’t want to run Ethernet cables all over I would buy

Epic internet solution
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was skeptical to try this out. My wife at home has insane interference that I can’t sold. I tried repeaters, extenders, ASUS mesh nodes, and nothing resolved the issue. I bought these as a last resort to get a solid connection for my Xbox. Soooo easy to use, just plug into the wall and router/devices via Ethernet. I get 130mb/s In my home with zero dropouts it consistency issues. Highly recommend if you’re wifi is endlessly causing you problems.

Good Product - Couldn't use it for what I needed
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great product, however, I needed minimum 200 mbps for download speed and it was only doing 90+ mbps. For personal use it was smooth. I could watch movies on my computer and doing normal things with no lag. Good product I just couldn't use it for what I needed it for.

Good buy for internet surfing but not for gaming
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I connected it to my wall and the lights are all green which means it’s the best connection that it can get however, the internet speed I’m getting is stil 15-20mbps and my internet speed on wifi is 150 mbps. I bought this because my room is far from the router in my house so the wifi sometimes disconnect which sucks when playing games. With the power line my internet doesn’t get disconnected at all but it hasn’t reach the speed that my wifi can give me

Great solution if you can't run wires.
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I live in an apartment and this was the best solution I could find. it did a bang up job. If you life in an older apartment it's a bit sketchy, and the maximum speeds I was able to hit was 300Mbs, but for the games I was playing. it was more than enough. In my new apartment, the building is newer. I get around 600Mbs and that is from my living room to bedroom. The connection is always steady and doesn't drop out. I expected noise issues, but haven't had any yet.

Great product.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Solved my problems overnight. Instead of making holes and laying 100ft of cable, I plugged in and it works flawlessly. I WFH and day trade and must be plugged in. No issues, no complaints.
