I have FO Internet. I use this as my 1° Internet connection for TVs, computers & printer in my house. If you connect more than four, the middle LED turns red instead of green.

It actually works but, but, but . . . my router is wifi 6 but this device is wifi 5. Hence, I was only able to get the low 200 mbps when I was paying for 500 mbps. I resolved the speed issue (457mbps)) with another product that had wifi 6e. The powerline 200 is a good solution but I needed wifi adapter to get the speed I am paying for with my ISP.

    Great low-latency wired networking solution!

These are a great solution for establishing a wired internet connection when running Ethernet cables simply isn't an option. I bought these because I wanted to use Virtual Desktop on my Oculus Quest to play SteamVR games. However, my PC is upstairs and I can't run Ethernet all the way down to the router, and VD requires a very fast internet connection to work well. I've been using these for quite a while now and the performance honestly speaks for itself. VD runs great, video streaming is buttery-smooth, and latency in general is extremely low. That said, please do your homework before getting one of these. While Powerline network adapters are a great wired networking solution, the performance you get out of them greatly depends on the quality of your house's wiring, and it may possibly be affected by other appliances, like microwaves.

This product was used to get around a broken wire in an inaccessible wall. It worked great with simple Plug and Play. You can really only use one of these in a home and keep the performance, but its faster than WiFi and provides a solution when trying to get around problem connections.

Easy to set up once you find good outlets to use. Imo running a full surge protector through the power pass through have way to much interference. But idk. Choose a lone or to use and it worked great. Have gigabit internet but obviously it won't run at full bandwidth but consistently 500 to 700mbps. Would reccomend.

Easy to detup & provides a wired connection. Don't expect your speed to be as fast as what you pay for with your ISP though. Since this used the wiring in the home, it is known to be a slower connection, but that's not necessarily a fault of the product

I have a really big WiFi problem. I was skeptical in buying this , because I had one years ago and it wasn’t working at all. I was planing on buying some switch boards and 200 feet Ethernet cable . But I got this set to give it a try . The tv I was trying to reach was on the other side off my house , and I have a big house . ( build in 1982 )So plugged it in on both ends , turned on the tv changed from my week WiFi I was getting to Ethernet and it works . 10 times the speed I used to had . Movies stream perfectly. ( note signal travels to panel box , no problem ) I will definitely get some more off them and help out my WiFi by eliminating a few devices. A few hour job with Ethernet cable down to 5 min . Price is ok , you get what you pay for

I ordered a pair of these about a year ago because I was having trouble getting WiFi to work reliably to a particular room. They have worked perfectly since then. Downloading multi-gigabyte files has been fast, and virtual meetings have been reliable. I just ordered another pair for printers on the network since those have been unreliable over WiFI and they have solved that problem brilliantly too. Setup is very easy. Including setting up a secured network and adding new adapters to the existing info secured network. Highly recommend.

I am using this to connect to an Xbox One in a bedroom to a reliable hardline into an Orbi router. Being a Netgear product, I wasn't worried about performance or reliability with the Orbi. Note: The speeds are not going to be as fast as a traditional hardline connection, however, much more reliable than a wireless connection. I saw a noticeable improvement to download speeds when using a gigabit internet connection vs using wifi. It is a little pricey for what it is however, but does its job well.

In my house I used to have a direct Ethernet connection between my set up and the modem and I’d get download speeds of about 30-40 mbps. After some rearranging I had to move about two rooms away disabling the use of an Ethernet and dropping my connection to about 20-30. I tried altering my dns but that was only a temporary fix so I bought this power line adapter. It was a very simple set up even for one person. I just plugged them in, pressed the reset/pair button, repeated the process on the other adapter and it was set up. To my surprise, my download speeds jumped between 80-90 completely decimating my lag issues. All in all I’m very happy with my purchase and would recommend it even if you are able to have a normal Ethernet connection.

Good alternative when WiFi is not possible

Works as advertised. Of course you won't be getting blazing speeds, however for those instances where the use of Wi-Fi is not possible, this is a very good alternative. Was easy to set up and easier to use. My set up is new construction (assume good electrical wiring throughout), 2 levels, Asus GT AX11000 router, so plenty of speed and coverage. In my case, my amp is RJ45 rather than Wi-Fi enabled. One Powerline 2000 downstairs and the other upstairs. I get good connectivity and decent speeds for my intended purpose. Have had no complaints so far, but will update if any issues.

This is an amazing product. I have Cox gigablast with Netgear Orbi AX6000 mesh system, i was still getting low speeds in my game room around 50 mbps...surprisingly low. I have this unit connected from my office to my game room which are on 2 different breakers, my connection is very solid around 160-180 mbps. I realize if I was on the same breaker I'd have much faster speed. I was a little hesitant on buying this first, wanted to go with a Wifi 6 mesh extender initially. I'm very happy with the product, now I am able to hook up ethernet directly to my Xbox and the gaming couldn't be any smoother. Set up was very easy. Just plug it in, wait for the lights to see your connection status to appear then plug in your ethernet

Been very useful for my workstations and tv that don't need mobility. Had one outlet that doesn't seem to work well with it but that wasn't too difficult to work around (I do have older wiring here). The rest were just plug and play, I have 4 of these power line adapters and one of them is hosting 2 devices, the whole system works very well. I haven't had any trouble with dropouts and the speed is significantly better than my old wireless adapters were giving me. I do wish the unit didn't block the third prong of the top outlet when plugged in but I've been able to use surge protectors to get around it where needed.

The Netgear Powerline 2000 fixed my biggest WiFi dead zones in a two-story house where running Ethernet wasn’t possible. Before, I was seeing single-digit speeds in some rooms; now I get ~90 Mbps wired and wireless upstairs through an additional router connected to the Powerline. Setup was plug-and-play, and while it’s not gigabit, the stability and coverage improvement are a huge win.

This uses your outlets to make a hardwire Internet connection. If WiFi is bad in your house, use this to connect gaming consoles or TVs to high speed. Easy to set up, great speed.

Does a great job at connecting via ethernet when your device/s are too far away from your router (if you prefer to connect some of your devices that way instead of using wifi). However, this powerline is huge and may not be useful if your wall socket is too close to a corner wall. Otherwise, great device that gets the job done and delivers with higher speeds than most older models (if you don't need the two ethernet plugs out of the powerline, just get the netgear AC1200 model...it is a bit smaller, a bit cheaper, and the speeds are the same as the 2000 model; 1 Gigabit per ethernet line).

When we both started working from home, our cable company suggested running a separate internet line into our home to accommodate the two offices. This was going to be costly and double our monthly charges. A friend recommended these as an alternative and could not be more pleased. NETGEAR Powerline 2000 allows us to share one router/modem in different locations within our home. Our router/modem is upstairs inside the first office, while the second office is downstairs. These are easy to install and completely dependable. Highly recommended!

My setup is too far away to use ethernet on my setup so this has been the perfect alternative. Been using these for 2 years and it's been working fantastic! I have two ethernet cables one for my pc and my nintendo switch and they both work perfect. No slowdown when both are on either. Its got really fast speeds for both productivity and gaming. My only complaint is that the form is so big that it takes up the space for the second power outlet, but ay least it has a pass through plug in to make up for it.

This product was easy to install; literally plug and play. It works great. You would think it was the actual router because of how fast it is and there are no reliability issues. I highly recommend it.
