This unit works great. I now have WiFi in my woodworking shop that stands about 50 feet from the house. I did not have to dig a trench for a cable, which is tough at 70. Set up was pretty easy.

great item to extend your wireless signal in the home.
I have it the router above in the room over the garage and the other unit pretty far away under the tv in the living room. I use the TV for internet and music. Great performance

I used this PowerLine Wi-Fi in my garage to power my tv and gaming console. It works great, I now get full bars/signal in the garage, so more buffering. Since I couldn't run an ethernet cable all the to my device the wi-fi is a nice option.

Works great in my apartment

I had been struggling with achieving reliable wireless internet connection throughout my apartment, due to excessive interference, for a while so decided to give this a try. I have been very happy with it so far (have been using it for a bit over a month). It works well even though I have it on a different electrical circuit than the modem/router. The only time I have an issue with connection is when my girlfriend is running her old singer sewing machine with her power hogging halogen light on. Other than that I have had no problem streaming video or even online gaming since I started using this powerline adapter. I would recommend giving it a try if you have wifi interference issues and do not have a good way to setup range extenders, or do not want to use range extenders.

I bought this for my son who recently moved into a roommate situation and had really bad WiFi reception in his area of the condo. This plug and play extender solved his problem and took no technological acumen at all.

This was easy to setup, and the led lights are useful to determine the quality of signal over the power lines. My first desired location was on the opposite side of the Main power switch in the house breaker box, and the quality light was red. I moved it to another location in the house, and the quality light went green. I checked back in the house breaker box, and the new location was on the same side of the main. So this is the only caveat I have. If the two units are plugged into the same side of the breaker box, i.e. two rooms powered on the same side, it will work great. We're getting 75mbs in the front room now, with our wireless devices.
Previous to this we were only getting 40 mbs from the main router 60 feet away. So it did what I expected.

Needed to upgrade to a newer product; works well with my Netgear router and provides a wired ethernet connection to my AppleTV unit in the bedroom. Like that it also extends wi-fi coverage.

Best way to extend wifi. Only setup is plug in both devices and wait 10 minutes and everything ready to go. Access point has network and password printed on it so you can't lose it.

Did exactly what we needed. This enabled us to get a signal from the router to the wifi on our standby generator, which is outside on the opposite side of the house, with several concrete walls between them

This is great for houses without built in Cat5 and where an access point is needed in a hard to reach area. I would highly recommend it. One key recommendation is try multiple outlets to get the best signal through the power lines.
