It's all good

Unable. Plugged it into multiple outlets and struggled for a "fair" speed test. Speeds were significantly lower than Wi-fi speeds we get.

The tech doesn’t work

Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Could not get this to work even though it’s a Netgear product, I have over 40 years in the electrical trade and no mater what I done, keeping each unit on the same leg, bypassing meter bases where the neutral and grounds are on the same buss I even ran a separate circuit from load center to units , nothing worked they would not communicate, ended up running Cat6 to and from 230’ if your thinking the length was a issue not even a 50’ length would work I do not recommend this system taking back to Best Buy hopefully get my money back I did buy a warranty with it good through “ 22” if anyone has a suggestion shoot me a line, thanks

Great concept, poor product

But, it’s sitting in a drawer because it caused network issues. Once it was connected the WiFi speed significantly decreased. Also, the products that are connected to this via Ethernet aren’t able to efficiently communicate to other products connected to the WiFi. I had an issue with a streaming device (which was connected to this product) communicating with a speaker (which streams the audio via WiFi I assume). Once I unplugged the streaming device and connected it to WiFi, the problem was solved. Plus, I bought this product assuming that it would increase the speed versus WiFi connection.. but I was wrong.

Kept Dropping Signal

I have a mocha Cable modem so I got a Moca adapter and no problems since. It works though the cable in your home and works a lot better.

I dropped several conference calls. I had to purchase an extender from my internet provider.
