Do not waste your time

Didn't work for me

Maybe someone else will have better luck.

Does not work with Tivo mini

I think you have to plug it into the outlet and cannot put it in a surge protector. Also Netgear has the worst customer service ever. They don't want to help you unless you pay for technical support.

Limited usefulness

They told me that if there was a circuit breaker in the electrical circuit between the two ends of this connection, that can happen. I think that will be the case in most homes, so it really is only useful in a very limited number of situations.

While it did connect, the speed was SO SLOW. I tried everything to make it a more reliable connection and try to speed things up but no luck.

Totally underperforms

One should only consider the powerline adapter if the wireless option does not work or else do not even consider them., total waste of money

This thing cannot pick up each other from that far away. I can get it to work and then it stops recognizing each other.
