I bought this to extend the ethernet in another room to stream movies I was able to boost the router signal to the family room TV and stream the movies without freezeups and disruptions, all in all a good purchase.

Tried using a pair of these to increase the internet speed of my son's xbox connection to the internet. He was averaging about 17 mpbs. Hooked up a pair of Powerline 1200 adapters. Hi speed dropped to 8 mpbs. They were easy to set up however the decrease in access speed was a deal killer so I returned them. FYI... My home is fairly new (about 10 yrs old) and no problems with the electrical wiring. As a note, the xbox and router were located on the same floor but on two separate circuits.

I was trying to bring my network to a deadspot in the house and this allows me to do just that. It allows me to wire into the network but bypass running a wire through the house. This is a great way to circumvent the traditional challenges of a deadspot for my wireless network.

While at a store an employee told me about this product as a solution to my problem of not having a convenient cable outlet for my modem/router. Ever since I hooked these up I've had no issues with having a wired connection in a separate room from the modem. Very useful product

This worse ok but seems to not hold a steady signal. Product promises a large data transfer and lag free gaming but can't keep the 25mbps I needed continuously.

Setup is quite simple but doesn’t work best in a quad-plex style apartment

It was just the perfect device for what my desktop needed, and I very much appreciated the advice given me by the associate who helped me pick the correct device for the job.

I use Tivo's in my home and have always wanted to be able to go from my main TIVO to a Tivo stream but a hard wired connection is required for the stream. This device has enough throughput that it will stream video without any issues and lets me move the TV's anywhere in the house.

I was skeptical this would solve my problem but it turned out to be the perfect solution. The best place to put my WFH office was also an internet black hole. I now have a strong & reliable signal.

I had never used a product like this before, the Best Buy associates were helpful in my selection of this product. It works well and is super easy to install for a non-tech person like me. You literally just plug it in.

I was Skeptical but I decided to try them. I was getting disconnected from WiFi and with the it solve the problem. Things to note tho is the fact that internet speeds are not faster than WiFi. At least not in my case.

We purchased multiple units of this item for our work from home project so our employees could setup their home office where they need if it was not located in the same room as the modem and router.

This was needed to extend my network well beyond where I could run a cable. They work great and instantly paired to allow me to have a network connection where I normally wouldn't have had a signal.

WiFi issues upstairs, so we grabbed this. No complaints so far. Works great, little to no connectivity issues. It's either this or a wifi extender. I would recommend getting the slightly better version that doubles as another socket to plug other electronics into.

I have Verizon dsl and can not get internet on my tvs so I could not watch on Demand. I plugged this in an electrical outlet and plug it in to the Roku. I did this to two tvs. Now I can watch whatever is on roku.

My New high tech Samsung TV could not connect to the internet by wifi. I tried another Netgear router booster (can't remember what that was) but it did not work. When I went in to Best Buy to return that product the sales person suggested this. Totally works! :)

I tend to stick with wireless products but I had an older desktop in the basement that I couldn't get a good wifi connection on so I decided to try out the Powerline and it exceeded my expectations. Was transferring data at a steady 9MB per second. Great buy!

Good solution to extend network. Had to get the network out to a detached building. Fortunately, everything was on the same main electrical service, so this solution works great.

It is tough to rate these adapters since there are so many variables. Often times the devices themselves do not like EOP adapters. Sometimes you can get lucky and this kind of product saves the day!
