This works great to give you an ethernet connection straight to a device just as if you were connecting it straight to the router. Also, this can be used anywhere in the house so you are not limited to where you can use it.

Had an older version of thess that lost sync and had to be initalized frequently. This pair has been rock solid. Miss the extra outlet but if that's why it works better then it's worth the trade-off.

I have a VoIP phone for work that requires a wired ethernet connection. Unfortunately my new house is not wired. With this powerline adapter I am able to bridge my home office to the home network and get a reliable connection and great speeds. It works perfectly!

Uses you electrical system for hard wire so you don't have to run cable just be cautious if you system is older might not work as well as a new house

they did work fine but i really needed the power passthru that the next level up has. They did work fine but when you got a lightswitch controlling one port on the power... you need that passthru

The entire service Team at the Saratoga Best Buy we're great. The customer service an especially the Geek Squad that did the installation were 1st rate. They should all be recognized. If you could get them to train other stores nobody would shop else where.

Was having issues streaming over wifi to AppleTV. Since connecting via Ethernet with the powerline adapter, it has been much better without buffering or downgraded resolution.

Very pleased with my purchase, works as it should. Would recommend buying, no trouble hooking up to get the best gamingPossible. Would recommend buying this product.

I have been impressed with this unit. Now does it really give gig thru-put, NO. But if you need a link to a hard to reach area this should work great for you.

It does what it intends to do. For my application it was worse then having my wireless. My main goal was to lower my ping for gaming on PC. I started with 25ms ping and of course I wanted better. So I gave this a try since my router is 1 floor below. When I got everything connected and updated. I was getting 8mb/s, compared to the 25 on wireless. No matter what outlet I tried in my office it would not get better

so far they have helped with boosting like we needed, but there is constant interference in my speakers for my computer...why???

I needed to reposition my hub for my wireless camera system and this product provided the perfect solution to get a wired ethernet connect to another location in my home.

Got this to replace an old unit that died. It allows me to have wired connections on the second floor. I prefer wired over WiFi and this allows you to use your home power lines to transmit ethernet. Very pleased.

Great way to get a hard-wired ethernet connection without having to run ethernet cable. Have used these numerous times over the years and recommend them. Especially useful if it would be expensive and/or time-consuming to install ethernet cable.

Works as advertised. Don't have a complaint. Use it because my router is upstairs & the place I need it is downstairs.

Very good....nice quality sound. Only problem is I have to use usb cord and hook up to tv if I want to preset radio stations. My receiver is now where near the tv lol

Tried these out for an access point and I wasn’t too impressed. They worked but I had higher expectations.

This is GREAT for extending your home network through the house without extensive wiring -- TWO short CAT5 cables, and your existing house electrical system and ta dah.... your child is now on the internet... fantastic.

My security system is in a different room then my router so with these adapters I am able to view my camera via the app without having to relocate the router
