They have a separate breaker/panel and pay their own electricity bill. I wasn't sure if it'll work, but it did!

Product issues for us.

The issue we had is that part of our house is from 1965 and the other part was from 1996. The difference in wiring caused issues since our router is in the old side of the house and my older son's room is one the new side, the product has connection issues. Otherwise, it is not a bad product. It just needs to be in a home with more modern power wiring.

Boosts my Wireless function to a distant room.

Great network extending solution
