I was a little concerned that I would get this home and this just wouldn't work but I was wrong. I was getting 30/5 which is a little bit lower than my normal 50/5 but I was hardwired and that is the point. It works!

I needed to run a CAT5 cable from my house's first floor to the second floor, but didn't want to go to the trouble of fishing the line through the walls. I discovered this product and purchased it from Best Buy. It was very easy to set up and works great!

I had to get an Internet connection into a basement, but the only conduit was filled with electrical power cables. Ethernet cable wouldn't work, but this little device used these power cables to my advantage. I am getting speeds well above 50Mbps.

I bought this so I could improve the speed on a computer where I don't have Ethernet available and it works great for that. Was experiencing lag issues on my wifi, hooked this up and now my connection is smooth and lag free. Works as advertised

This device work as advertised. It has a real simple setup, easy push button security function. Gave it a 4 star due this thing overtaking the ground plug on the outlet above the device, but had no issues plugging in a two prong plug.

I purchased this item to avoid having to place holes in the wall of my house or run ethernet cable on the outside. So far I have had no trouble and the speed and connectivity have been excellent. Setup was only a few seconds as well.

Bought this product to extend my internet to another room on the opposite side of my house. It delivered fast speed and would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to extend or enhance their network speed across their home.

This product works great. To be honest I didn't know anything about this type of product until my networking professor mentioned it. I use to have my main computer connected to the Internet by WiFi. Since I've been using this product I've noticed how much faster my Internet runs on my computer. The only problem with this product is every once in a while I'll lose my connection for a minute. Other than that one problem everything works like a charm. I would recommend this product over the cheaper variant because of the outlet feature.

These was easy to install and worked first time. Had a tivo on wireless that was not working as well as it could. Would have been difficult and costly to run cable. It’s working as well as my wired devices now

I purchased this product as a temporary solution since I plan on running Cat6 cable later on. My wifi connection tends to lag from time to time and i seem to get a more consistent speed with an average of 1-2 MB faster than my wifi connection. The power line adapter is in the middle of the house and the modem is on one end of the house. I am satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this product if you want a more reliable connection without having to run LAN cable.

Pros: very easy to setup Very fast connection Set and forget Cons: can sometimes need reset if there is a power surge May have minor interference/lag sometimes when using a lot of power in the house. Should not affect the average user. I use this for my gaming PC for online games and general usage. Would reccommend. Avoid if your house has iffy power or electrical issues.

Running wired network in an older home is a huge pain. These adapters make it almost as simple as plugging in an extension cord. A few minutes work to secure the network (be sure to do one pair of adapters at a time) and you're up and running. These replaced my older AV 5000 Powerline adapters and are working fine for my Ooma VOIP and my desktop PC.
