Don't confuse this for the one that has wireless as it will not work for wireless networks. Only issue I have is that although they include one plug the unit itself takes up 2 jacks on my wall so it's a little upsetting to lose the one plug.

Sweet concept!

My modem is in my basement but I wanted the router on the main floor. With the Netgear Powerline Adapter, that took me about 3 minutes and save me hiring someone to install wiring. It stopped working once and I had to "reboot" to get it working again, but not sure what caused that.

Great for WiFi weak spots

The only problem I’ve had with it, is that I occasionally have to hit the factory reset on each unit when it loses connection. I’m not sure why it loses connection, but the benefits outweigh this minor inconvenience

good for what it is

I would not recommend over a traditional wifi unless you have wifi dead spots in your house. With this set up I have more intermitent connectivity than any other device in my house.

Don't use if there's a circuit breaker

It doesn't travel well through electrical panels. It worked for us, but because of the panel it was very spotty. I purchased an AC Wifi Range extender instead and couldn't be happier.
