Customers are saying

Customers are positive about the Powerline AC1200 Gigabit Ethernet Network Adapter's ease of use, performance, and Ethernet connection, with many praising its simple setup and reliable wired connection. They also appreciate the adapter's ability to extend network range. However, customers are negative about inconsistent signal strength and connection reliability issues, as well as the adapter's relatively large size which can obstruct other outlets.

This product works great. I had previously installed a powerline 1200 product from another vendor, but needed an additional connection. With no configuration I just plugged it in, within 2 minutes I was up and running with my previous powerline network.

I really like this item. My only issue is the instructions could be a little bit more in depth or in detail. It's easy just plug it in and begin however you have to have the security element broken down step-by-step

I have a satellite internet provider and the speed is so slow that I hoped that this would help with the speed. It didn't so I will wait for a cable internet. It was a good way to get the internet around your house.

This was one of the best things I could have brought to extend the Ethernet to my PC that is located across my home. It helped my video content significantly and with better picture quality and fast loading. I would definitely recommend.

Our wifi router is in the basement at one end of the house. We needed a better signal for our camera system on the second floor at the opposite end of the house. A pair of these "wifi over AC system" extenders did the trick. Easy Peasy.

I purchased these to upgrade from my previous ones. These, like the others, are super easy to setup and work great. As with any Power Line Adapters, you're not going to get anywhere near the maximum stated speeds, but these are fairly fast.

Bought this product bc my range of my xfinity internet wasnt constant throughout the house. Tried buying a stronger router and a range extender and neither solved the problem. bought this product and havent complained since. works extremely well

I was looking for an option to deal with a weak wifi signal in an area of my house where I use a desktop computer. The Netgear Powerline Network Adapter works great and proved to be a better solution than getting a range extender.

I have purchased 2 sets of these. I have them plugged into outlets on my 2nd floor and the 3rd floor attic. They work great. Keeps from having network cable running down the baseboards and moldings of your house. Works great.

Have turned our garage into a game room, unfortunately the WiFi didn’t work to well out there. After using this we have zero issues! No glitching no loading, it’s great!

This works adequately, don't bother with the 1200, I think, that has the extra outlet on it, as the way it plugs into your existing outlet eliminates the other outlet, so it takes one and gives one

There are much cheaper solutions than these. These are not cheap. But if you need a wired solution (like I did) then this will do the job. Both upload and download speeds are near max but not quite.

Very solid network adapter for those not wanting to run long net cables through the house. Little slow and laggy at times but I think that has more to do with how old the wiring in your home is.

I have plaster walls with metal lathe that played havoc with my WiFi signal.Using this powerline adapter allowed me to get good broadband capacity to my bedroom computer that has several walls between it and the router.

I work from home a lot, but this gives me the added bonus of being able to work from anywhere in the house. I also am able to set up my streaming in the bedroom to watch programs without the occasional WiFI lag.

Works well. Haven't had any connection problems. Still only get about 30 to 50 mbps on a 300 mbps connection. But it's acceptable. Same price as Amazon but I could go get this instead of waiting.

Needed to get reliable internet to my wife's office upstairs, worked great! Definitely is slower than a wired connection, but for basic stuff works great and is better than wired in my scenario, a solid connection.

Bought this as my Smart TV kept dropping my wireless connection. Accept for the fact that I have another wire running from my TV this has proven to work great and signal no longer drops while watching my streaming video

didn't quite get the speed advertised on the box. Further investigation via customer svc explained only get the fastest speed if the powerline connectors are in the same room as each other.
