These were very easy to install, and configuration is near zero. Just plug both of them in, push a button on each to set up encryption, and that's it. Speed is very good, and I can run multiple computers through it simultaneously.

These work very well, and are very easy to install, and about twice as fast as the non-gigabit versions. However, the speeds are nowhere near the gigabit speeds. I only got about 90 Mbps in my house.

I bought a similar product online but that didn’t work, so tried this one. Was able to create Ethernet connection in upstairs bedroom from the router in the basements pretty easily. Fast enough for online gaming.

This was very easy to install. I just plugged it in and followed the instruction included and with in minutes I was up and working.
Network speed is just as fast as if I was directly connected to the router.

I have a laptop that was not maintaining connection to our WiFi network, but would work fine when connected through Ethernet cords. This fixed the issue without an unsightly cord running across the floor!

I needed to entend a ethernet connection to a room in the house that had no wall connector. The Netgear power line adapter did the job and provided the signal strength I needed. Easy to set up and connect.

I needed network access in an outbuilding and was not able to run ethernet cable in the power trench as getting the cable through my quite old home is a nightmare. Plugged in the pair of devices, waited for the gadgets to sync up, and ran speed tests. Using outlet closest to the subpanel I got around 20 MB/Sec. About 1/4 of the direct connection speed at my router at least 100 feet away, but plenty fast for streaming video and such from my NAS. Had older ethernet over power line boxes, but they were not able to maintain reliable connections to the outbuilding although they worked well within the main structure. ONLY product weakness found is that it blocks BOTH outlets of a duplex outlet.

This network adapter is faster than the previous version. The disadvantage is the size of the adapter which is too bulky making it hard to use the second wall power outlet.

I was hesitant over buying a power line adapter because I wasn't sure how it would perform. I don't have all the power lines on one circuit so it was a concern, but I bought it and found it worked surprisingly well. It was fast and definitely made my hardwired devices work most reliably. If you have a surge protector on the same outlet, you absolutely need to plug it into the outlet built into this power line adapter, then your speeds will be excellent. I used it with a WRT 8 Port Gigabt Switch in a bedroom, connected to a Range Extender (RE7000 by Linksys). I've only returned this device because TP-Link makes a 2000Mbps version, which I received and am definitely keeping.

I didn’t even know that this existed until a Best Buy employee suggested it to use for our Arlo Security Camera Base instead of running a long wire throughout our house. It has worked great so far and looks SO much cleaner than a bunch of wires. This thing is super cool!

It works exactly as you would want it to. Delivers the good speed of a wired connection without having to run cables through your house. Haven't had any problems so far.

There were cheaper solutions using the same type of service. However, there were none available at the Best Buy I went to. In hindsight, I needed what this unit offered (the front ground plug) for space reasons.
If anyone is wondering, a surge protector doesn't allow these to work - you need to plug it into the wall directly or use an extension or "power bar" but nothing with noise suppression or line filtering will work.
It still takes forever to get 4k video but that might be comcasts fault. As it is, it's faster than the WiFi antenna I was using before.

May be the distance to the garage wiring effecting the signal through my electrical wiring system. Works pretty good but some pausing of tv programs.

When connecting network devices on the same circuit breaker, the product performed as designed and promised. In my home, when I tried connecting devices on different circuit breakers, the breaker in the room not containing the router would experience frequent power surges, tripping the breaker.
From what I researched, this isn't a common problem and as a previous skeptic of powerline ethernet, I can now say I'm sold on the technology and should I ever move, I would be open to making extensive use of the technology.

Well, my first time I put on surge protection with this items but not work I ask my friends. I realized that it put on the electrical outlet on the wall. I have difficult to make the plug on wall adjuster.
