Easy to install and works great. Got this to replace previous Netgear that was damaged by lightning when the UPS was removed to change the batteries

I am not great at this technology stuff so I was nervous about setting up the NETGEAR WIFI in my home. But the set up proved rather easy to do. I could have left it like that but wanted to change the network name and the password to something easier for us to remember. I called the 800 number and they helped me set up a network for family and one for guests each with different passwords. The WIFI works throughout the house and in the yard. I don't really lose it until I get to the street. Very happy with this product. We can run the iPad, Kindle and multiple iPhones all at once including streaming videos.

I have a large home (2,300+ sq. ft.), and I have this router on the second floor in the front of my home. I have no problems using my wireless devices in my basement on the back side of my house. I am a heavy user of FaceTime and Netflix and have no issues streaming through wireless products. A great product for a pretty decent price. Highly recommend!

Dual band - both 2.5 GH and 5 GHz. 5 GHz has excellent speed. USB port for network disk drive or printer. Easy to setup with Netgear Genie app.

After i initially set up the router it kept dropping off my connection for the various devices. After resetting the modem and router a few times, the problem seemed to stop. I was advised to connect devices in close proximity to the router at 5g, but other devices that are downstairs should connect at regular speed for the range is wider on that bandwidth. Haven't had any problems since some initial connectivity issues. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a good router.

This modem is extremely easy to set up, just plug it in and call the service provider to register the modem and it's ready to go. However, It would be even better if it came with at least an ethernet switch/router, but this model gives no wireless a, b, g, n and no ethernet - so you have to spend extra money on purchasing a gateway for multiple connnections. If you only have one device to connect this is AWESOME! But if you have multiple devices (tv, computer, laptop, tablet, smart phone, etc.) then you will have to purchase a gateway. Other than that it provides very fast and stable connection.

Very easy to use and set up. Took 10 minutes and bam i was surfing the web as fast as i could type. Definately would recommend to anyone looking for a new router

My cable company decided not to support wireless networking any more, so I had to buy a wireless router on my own. I received a recommendation from one of our cable reps about the NetgearRangeMax Dual-Band Wireless-N Router with 4 Ethernet Ports. He said it was a good router and very user friendly. I had trouble setting the router up but I received very good support from Netgear and before long it was up and running! Since then I have had no problems. I'm very pleased with this product.

Since day one it has always worked reliable haven't had an issue I would absolutely buy again and recommend this product it was price competitive and easy to install

really powerful unit, my installer (dish sattilite) said it was the one he always recommends to his customers as it is the most troubie free and is easy to install.

I installed this as an access point to cover a large home, both wired and wirelessly. Installation wasn't as easy as I hoped, and I had to get some help to tweak settings. However, this could have been my fault. I consider myself an intermediate user.

Needed to set up a Wifi connection for use with cell phone and for work laptop occasionally. This fit the bill easily. Was easy to install, and no issues to date.

Works great and I love the design.This unit meets all my expectations.The Netgear Genie software makes this unit so easy to navigate,and the Netgear site has tons of up to date info and has answers to questions explained in simple, step-by-step form.
