Faster the the one we got from the cable company!!

Works fine...was a great replacement for the one that the DSL provider gave us.

For the price you pay it does the job, would suggest buying a better one.

I found this netgear modem easy to setup and connected seamlessly with my router. It handles downloads and uploads without problem and allows my router to hit it's highest transfer rates. I would recommend this router for anyone looking for a basic fast modem.

This modem would not allow a full passthrough to router. It has a router function but only one LAN/Ethernet port. There's something funky going on in the modem when you try to enable a passthrough to an external router. This dropped my internet connection every time that I tried it. Buyers be aware.

First bought the combo modem/router from ATT. Could not get it to work properly. Have always had separate modems and routers so decided to buy separately from Best Buy. Plugged it in and hooked it up. Simple setup. Works perfectly with my Belkin router.

Had a little trouble getting going because I started setup before CenturyLink gave me my username and password. After I unplugged the modem and restarted it the setup went well and now it works great. The setup wizard handled everything.

It does what it is supposed to. It brings the internet to my computer.

Netgear always has great products and this purchase is no exception.

Dsl modem my old one won't work anymore so I went out too replaced it

Great Modem with an easy set up. Do not look for Century Link to help you set it up other than providing you user name and password for your Century Link account. You really do not need them any way - pretty painless online install.

I purchased this item and have Geek Squad install it I have not had a problem it replaced the Netgear that I have had for approximately 6 years I believe in this brand and with Geek Squad installing it I have no doubt it'll last for years.

Works wonderfully with my AT&T DSL service. Quite happy with it.

There aren't many options on the market for VDSL modems. There are some really expensive modem router combos but I already have a router and didn't need one of the high end modems I was finding. This modem is working perfectly for me!

The modem rented from our internet provider was inadequate. The Best Buy person that helped in the store gave us a great product for a great price. Geek Squad did a super job on the installation, making certain our modem did its job.

Plugged it in and it works fine.Can’t ask for anything more.
