Works, but!!!

Said on the box that it would work with Centurylink. After initially trying to get it set up had to call Centruylink tech support for help. The login info that was given with the product did not work. Had to get special login info from Centurylink. Even after that, it took awhile then for some reason on its own it started working. After several weeks it just stopped, after some work again it started working then quit again after 2 days. Took it back to Best Buy for a refund. Because I had purchased the replacement plan was given a credit for that and a gift card for the balance. What was interesting, there was a customer ahead of me at the customer service counter returning the exact same modem. Not working for them either (also on Centurylink). I am only giving it a no recommendation for not working with Centurylink. It may be OK for other DSL providers.

Quick Fix
