Bridge Mode Wouldn't Work

After several hours and multiple tries after factory reset, could not get it to function as intended while in bridge mode. After researching, it seems to be a common issue. May work fine as a modem/router, but can't say for sure as I did not buy it for that purpose and did not use it as a router.

Stability Issues
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had this modem for a month and every time the power goes out (3 times so far) it requires a factory reset and reconfiguration in order to restore internet connectivity. Every other modem I have owned had no issues reconnecting once the power was restored or the modem was rebooted.

Need to call the provider for setup

In this technological age, the product should incorporate plug and play to ease the installation. Because call the ISP representative is a pain in the butt as you have to go through all the hoops before you get into the technical service representative.
