It doesn't work with Netflix

I cannot get Netflix to work now & can't get any help from NetGear unless I spend $109.00 for a service contract.

Good Modem for Low Usage

Handles a low bandwidth with ease, but will crash occasionally when too many devices link to the internet simultaneously (even when using a separate router).

Did it's job

I eventually returned it and fired Verizon as my DSL ISP, since all they could come with was the speed issue was my equipment not theirs.

Not for me

Customer service for Netgear was horrible. Took a while to figure out what the issue was because I had to ask the agent to repeat everything she said since she barely spoke English.

WRONG MODEM

So I had to return the modem to the store. It had nothing to do with the store or the product being faulty.

OK dsl modem for the price

Using this with Lynksys AC1200 Router. Sometimes does not sync up with my router, have to power cycle. Could be my telephone company DSL hookup...I'm not sure, but good value .

Great Modem

Before I hooked up this modem I was getting between 2-12 mps and paying for 20. After I installed this product with the same router I was getting between 9-18 mps so it definitely helped!
