I bought this item because I thought it would work with any DSL. Is not compatible with AT&T. I hope I can return it.

I bought this item because my ISP told me that my modem/router was the cause of my internet connection problems. They were wrong and I returned the item before use.

After explaining ho.e network setup service rep in store sent me home with this modem that could never have worked. It took a geek squad visit to figure this out.

My old modem furnished by my ISP seemed to be the source of my intermittent connection problems. Swapped it out for this one and haven't had any more problems.

This modem also has WiFi router included and works from as far as 80 feet away. Wish I would have had this one instead of the one I purchased previously. Love it!!

The instructions were confusing and did not make sense there fore we could not use this and had to return it.

Excellent product. Replaced the standard DSL router at the beach. Now I have better coverage and can use more devices without being "kicked off" and having to reset.

Purchased this modem to go with my whole house wi-fi system. I am very happy with how integrated the modem is with the wi-fi system. Everything is running smoothly.

This router is inexpensive but it packs a lot of power in one small component. Effortlessly connects to the internet while supporting a 5G wireless network.

Solved our internet issue. Perfect choice after much research. We love shopping at Best Buy because if there's ever a problem it's easy to return the item.

No errors, not dropped signal and a much more stable internet connection then the modem centurylink provided.

This modem is very basic to begin with and nothing fancy. Mine actually had to be returned due to Netgear saying it was defective. The biggest problem i have is with the documentation included. It gives no explanation as to what the lights mean and the colors associated with different meanings. I had to learn that from Netgear. Overall i like Netgear products since i have a high end router with them but they could have improved on this product.

No pro here. Was having issues with combo router/modem , 3 of them broke so decided to buy separate. Can't say anything technical cause I know nothing .

I did not receive my DSL modem from my provider so I purchase this from Best Buy. Works just as good. Just programmed in my static IP and I'm was good to go.

Havent had time to get set up. tried quickly to no avail. I have DSL and I think its a little more involved (time consuming) than I anticipated.

We used to drop our internet connection all the time at our house. With this modem and the netgear router we have had no problems in the last two months!

I bought this modem to replace my Verizon supplied unit that just broke down. After hooking everything up per the supplied instructions, I still could not connect to the internet. The only way to reach tech support was through a website. No telephone number was provided in the manual or instructions. I returned the unit and had Verizon send me one of their modems.

I had issues getting this modem to connect - NetGear's tech support told me I had to "register the device MAC address with the DSL provider". Totally bogus... Not to mention the "tech" had me repeat basic troubleshooting ("power-cycle the device") after I told him I had already done so... Poor off-shore customer service - will not purchase NetGear product again.

Unfortunately I cannot give a positive or negative review on this particular item. But all my netgear products in my home are great.

The product is slow to setup and continues to disconnect from the dsl service. I will need to replace it with a different dsl modem
