Dsl modem

Wal-Mart did not carry any DSL modems in the store and this was the only one available at Best Buy 40 miles away. Spent over an hour with the first netgear tech helper. After all that time he told me it was defective and to return it. Tried again with another helper the next day. She walked me through it with no problems. It failed again a week later. Spent over another 1 + hours talking to netgear not understanding half of what the man was saying. By the time I could try to get it back to Best Buy 15 days had passed and they refused to return it. Got a modem/router from my provider, he had me up and running in 20 minutes. Netgear does not do refunds. I pay almost $9 to mail it back to them to get another one which I now no longer need on top of added expense. My recommendation... don't buy one.
