    I have had nothing but problems since I purchased this product. It keeps crashing causing me to loose my internet connection. Product support is great but very time consuming and your tech is from the other side of the world

    Unit keeps crashing I have atvto contact Manufacturer 6 times in less than 2 months as it keep loosening internet connect. Each time I call I speaking with someone half way around the world whom speaks broken English

    I was tired of renting a modem from century link so I bought one under the impression it would work. While hooking it up I went into the mad, crazy, frenzy of technological frustrations. I refrained from throwing it across the room simply because I needed the money back.
