Used with a Router per BB recommendation and it works great!!!!

This product really helped with my internet connection issues

Bought this to replace my Frontier Internet DSL modem. It works great, have had it now for over 2 months and absolutely no problems. Easy to set up and works well with our router.

Very quick to setup as long as you know the settings prior. The Wizard had some difficulty with Century Link connection and showed invalid login/ password. When I did the same information on the manual setup it worked fine.

this is both a modem and a router. Installation was very easy. Works perfectly ,would recommend for anyone who has DSL. I just wish the manually set features were explained

Works fine for DSL Internet. Not the easiest to set up.

My new apple laptop is strictly wireless so getting the modem hooked up was quite the challenge. Ultimately I had to borrow an older laptop with plug in capabilities. It took several hours on the phone to customer support to get everything up and running.

Our router and modem were both at least 5 years old and we were having our share of trouble with them. Always having to reset after getting kicked offline. Bad and weak signals, unreliable... It was a pain. The new ones are easy to set up, and easy to re-set onetime I got zapped by something. The hardest part was getting the info from the phone co to get back into the phone lines. The NetGear Modem and Router were highly recommended by the Pros at best Buy as being their bestsellers. I can see why as easy as they were to set up and keep going.

I had to upgrade my modem but had no idea what was a good option. Not only did the Best Buy employee steer me in the right direction, but helped me double my internet speed with this modem.

It was easy to hook up and get running. You do have to register it with your provider first. and it worked fine with my Netgear wireless router. So it is a great cheap internet solution.

Cuts out sometime and has to be restarted. However, I suspect CenturyLink is the source of the problem. No reason to blame the modem for the shortcomings of CenturyLink.

Did not work with my computer, DSL setup; therefore I returned the NETGEAR - VDSL/ADSL Broadband DSL Modem. The Best Buy employee kindly credited my account.

I purchased this so I wouldn’t have to pay for installation from Direct TV. Cost was minimal compared. The people at Net Gear were Fantastic!! Made it so easy!!

The directions were easy to follow and said it was completed within a few minutes. It's been working for three months flawlessly.

Was trying to get a better speed since, my century link modem could not handle 40speed, So far so good.Not sure of any other better modem as of yet, let6 me know Bestbuy=)

Modem works great....DSL really sucks though! I would highly suggest going with a cable provider over DSL. For me, I live in the Country and can only get DSL. This works great if you are in my situation!
