The installation team that installed my TV and sound bar were top notch! They recognized that my apartment walls had steel studs instead of wood, so the bracket I picked out wouldn't work. Luckily, they had one for that type of installation in their truck. Then, they noticed my TV didn't have an optical port and so the sound bar would not be compatible. Luckily they also have a correct replacement in their truck inventory AND it since it was July, it was on sale for their Black Friday in July sale. I was grateful it saved me having to reschedule the installation and wait a couple weeks or more again. After installation, they stayed and made sure everything was up and running properly and ran through the basics of how to operate the remote, TV apps, etc. which I appreciated, though I'm not a newbie to tech. They also cleaned up all the packaging and took it with them. I am 100% happy with the installation and glad I didn't attempt it myself. My friends have already complimented me on how good it looks. Oh, and the Samsung TV and Sonos sound bar look and sound great!

I definitely 100% recommend having your system set up, it is the best!!! Worrying and hassle, free, and everything is done to top perfection and professionally!!! I purchased a 75 inch Sony Bravia 7 TV and Sonos Arc sound bar as well as the Era 100 surround speakers. I was guided through this purchase by a gentleman named Elvis Franco. He is knowledgeable and cared about solving my particular room dynamics issues. All of this was wall mounted and set up by the Geek Squad. They installed and set up this system as though it were their own. Such care and attention to detail is to be commended. Seldom do we see this level of professionalism. Richard and CJ are two BestBuy technicians who love what they do and are very good at their work. I highly recommend the BestBuy team. I am a happy customer.

The service man was good he explained things. The sound bar we got is still questionable we really can't tell the difference between sound of people talking and the background noise which is what we were trying to get rid of. We still need help because her volume is low that she needs to hear in mine is high and we haven't figured out a way to meet in the middle. If someone has that information would you please share it with me.

The technician, Jose, was extremely polite and apologized for the schedule flaw. My sub-woofer needed replacement. He was kind enough to tell me what I needed, and helped me order a new one. Super Service!

Awesome awesome awesome. I gave up after trying to connect my Sonos devices to my tv. I hired the geek squad and problem was resolved in less than a half hour. Money well spent. Very happy I hired them

The Geek Squad Techs installed a Sonos Arc and subwoofer. They were on time, experienced and professional. After installation they did a great job setting up the system and provided a tutorial on how to change settings. Great job!

Very very great products and the service is exceptional

Greek Squad was the best!!!! Polite, efficient, hung the TV, hid the wires in the wall, cleaned up after, gave us a lesson on the new TV. Made my life easy!!!
