Excellent service and very professional work. Extremely efficient

The agent from the Geek Squad installed my new computer and migrated the data from my old computer. He also fixed a long standing issue I've had with my emails when he discovered I had been hacked. I never even knew emails could be hacked, but that problem now seems to be resolved. The agent was very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

The tech who came out to set this system up for me was wonderful! Answered all my questions and got all my information transferred over to my new desktop. I just happened to have a flash drive so he was able to use that and made it go faster. Very proficient and kind customer service. This was the first time I have used your in-home service. I will always use it in the future!! Thank you again! Great Customer Service!!

I had to wait a bit for the installation, but I also was waiting for the new computer to arrive. The day came, the tech called to touch base and kept me aware of his location and arrival time, and was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was like child’s play for him, he asked me questions of how I wanted things laid out, he migrated everything from my old computer and set that up in its own folder, got my new programs up and running - he was GREAT and all has worked perfectly ever since. He left his card in case I have problems in the future.

Had to replace computer and the at home installation of new computer went smoothly and data migration was complete. Agent was great at explaining process and showing the workings of the new computer. Would definitely recommend.

Serenity, Geek Squad Technician, was very knowledgeable and within a days time had finished transferring my data to my new Mac mini. When I returned the next day, She guided me through the set-up process and made sure I understood the ins and outs of my Mac mini. I was very pleased with the service I was given. And would definitely recommend the Geek squad to my friends for technical support.

Best Buy had the HP All-in-One Envy and HP Envy printer on sale and in stock. Transaction was easy. Set up Geek Squad to install and haul away old desk top and printer. Probably not necessary for anyone with any tech savvy. That's not me. Everything went smoothly. Still getting acquainted with the new software but no complaints with the computer so far. Love that it's so compact, no tower, comfortable size screen, minimum of chords. Great for a small area.

The computer laptop setup was excellent. Technician arrived about 5 minutes before time, but called ahead to let him know. He was gonna be a few minutes early.We anticipated a couple hours because with another provider, it actually took four hours. And can you believe it? It was done in less than an hour. Everything, including bookmarks on our browsers were moved over. We provided the details of what we want wanted and knew like, what we were asking might be too much, but by far our technician exceeded our expectations and I would always recommend Purchasing this service, it was just how quickly we were able to use our new device and it was seamless.Just excellent!

I had just purchased my first All-In-One Desktop (Lenovo) and, never having done any of this before decided to go for a year long store membership that included access to the Geek Squad for a year. AM I EVER GLAD I DID. They did everything from helping me transfer everything from my old desktop (2009) to the new desktop with ease! Then came trying to connect with a new printer (I have newbie know nothing). Geek Squad to the rescue! Accidentally fell for a Click Bait and at least had the common sense to turn off computer and disconnect from internet. Uh Oh! Now what do I do to find out if any info on the desktop has been compromised or malware planted? Geek Squad to the rescue! I could give at least four more examples, but you get the idea. The Geek Squad people were each very professional, quick on the uptake, AND SOLVED THE PROBLEM! Highly recommend the Geek Squad!!! The computer you save may be your own!

Kelly was great with setting up our new computer. He attempted to connect our printer to the new computer but the printer was so old it didn't work. He helped us find a new one online and offered to go to the store and get it and scheduled a time for him to come back and connect it for us. He also transferred things from the old computer to the new one.

The Geek Squad technician transferred back all of my data back to my new computer and completed the new computer setup seamlessly. of space. He also checked with me to make certain everything was completely loaded and was fully functional to my expectations.

I needed my files transferred from my old computer to the new computer. It was done quickly and efficiently without any issues or problems. We have been pleased anytime Geek squad has come To do anything.

The Geek squad rep set up my computer, attached all of the attached accessories, printers, and scanner, then searched until he found the appropriate drivers! He transferred the appropriate files from my previous computer to the new one. Excellent, careful follow-through!!!!

Jordan completed the set up and explained as he worked and answered questions. I was completely satisfied when he left. I am 85 yrs old and had 8.1 for 9 yrs so this was quite a change and during the next few days, I had more questions (probably some of which he had previously answered !!!) and called the number he had left and the person who took my call could not answer what I was asking and said she would schedule an in home visit and mentioned a 'do-over' which I told her - these are questions that I have AFTER using it for a few days. The computer set up was perfect. Jordan returned and quickly took care of the questions I had in his very professional and easy to understand demeanor - so he definitely needs an Excellent rating.
