The technician was helpful in that he answered every question we asked in a way that we could understand. He set up our new computer and transferred data from our old computer. Highly recommend him.

The agent who came to help me knew his business solved the problem and got my new computer working and connected with the printer. He was patient with my questions and explained things so I could understand. Very thorough. So happy I signed up for Geek Squad help.

I had the Geek Squad out to convert the data from my old, tired cpu to my new gaming cpu & complete its installation. They did a great job training me on the changes etc. Before they left, Steve & Bryan (who are the best), made sure all my devices worked with each other. I couldn't be happier.

Our Geek Squad Agent came down from the Reno store and was absolutely fabulous. He did a new computer set-up, answered all of our questions and did the data migration.

The service man was very knowledgeable and polite and professional. Had a problem uploading the web root, it would not upload. He said that they were having a problem getting it to upload on a MAC. He was going to research the problem and come back an install it. Hasn't happen yet.

The agent transferred all data from the old Apple to the new one. A second agent had to come out and finish the installation of the word, excel etc. Both agents were very professional and polite.

Jonathan Luna was exceptional. He came to my home at the appointed time and his service was fantastic. He was nice, he helped me considerably with all of my computer-related questions, and he was professional. He has an amazing amount of knowledge and is a wonderful representative for your company.

Jeremy, the Geek Squad tech was did an excellent job of transferring all my data from my old computer and stayed in contact with me regarding any glitches that arose later. He completed the set-up in half the time he projected that it would take.

Anthony, Mason and Vincent did a great job in migrating old data to new computer. They had some difficulty with Outlook calendar and contact list, but they solved it. Very happy with technical support.
