the set up was great. the geek squad did everything to get us up and running. no stress. the tech was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. we highly recommend especially if you're not tech savvy. they do it all.

It is so fantastic to get someone who is extremely knowledgeable, polite, on time. I watched Leo in complete fascination he explained everything he was doing so even I could understand, answered all my questions & patiently watched me get used to windows 11.

The agent Steve did an amazing job with installing and setting up my new computer, monitor and speakers. He removed so much promotional stuff that I would have never known to do. Very personable and knowledgable !!!

This was the best decision to purchase this service. Scheduling an appointment was easy. My geek technician was extremely knowledgeable about the computer l purchased. He realized my limited tech knowledge and showed me how to use the features that l needed most. A couple weeks later l bought a new printer (Called and requested to have the same tech come out) that is easy to use and the ink is so much cheaper and last longer. (His recommendation) After he finished installing the printer, I had some questions regarding the computer and he patiently went over it with me. CL is my go to geek. I’d give his full name but then everyone would want him.

The service I received to set up my new computer, printer, and transfer of data was done pretty quickly and efficiently. The tech made sure everything was working before leaving. 10/10 would recommend!!

The Geek Squad Agent was very professional. He copied all of my data and programs from my old laptop and put it on my new all in one. He was very knowledgeable regarding the system and was sure I was comfortable with its use before leaving.

The agent, Brian, was very good at explaining the features on my new Dell computer and transferred all my info from my old computer.

Set up our new computer and transferred all data from old computer into new one. Answered all questions in jargon we could understand.

Rich came out to the house and completely set up the new computer. Hooked it up to my network and printers. Would recommend his service highly.

The Geek Squad person, Austin did an exceptional job. He patiently explained my new computer to me and did all the work requested ie, setup and data migration. He was pleasant and knowledgable.

Geek squad did a great job setting up and transferring data from my laptop. Also checked out printers, iPad and phone connection to the new computer. I was very pleased with the job that was done

Matt and Andy (and the 3rd guy, I don’t remember his name) were absolutely wonderful. This installation was for my 94 year old mother and special accommodations needed to be made, I.e. larger fonts, easy access to programs, etc. They willingly did anything I asked them to do. The entire process could not have been better and I can’t recommend them, and the Geek Squad service, more. I will definitely use them in the future.

Our new mac desktop set up was excellent. The Geek Squad service person was nice, efficient and everything from data transport to set up was done flawlessly. It was done much quicker than I thought - well worth our Geek Squad Membership.

I had an "OLD IMAC" and was ready to down size - I'm retired. The sale person was great getting me into a new Mac lap top, so I didn't have to learn a new system ( I'm 77 yrs old and did not want to start over) I'm very pleased with my new Mac lap top. The technician who came to my home was wonderful. He transferred the important info from my IMAC to the new laptop. Everything was handled beautifully!! And I brought in my old IMAC, which was too old for a train-in ($ wise) and the Geek-Squad e-raced it, so my info could not be copied. You are GREAT to work with!!

My Geek Squad representative arrived on time and set up my new pc and transferred my data flawlessly and quickly. He answered many questions and showed me important details I wasn’t aware of.

We're definitely not tech savvy. Our guy, Geoff, who set everything up for us was very knowledgeable and gave us great tips and insight on what to do in the future, very helpful guy.

Excellent thorough set up & explanation. Transferred all data from former Mac. Michael was efficient, knowledgeable and necessary. Made the process easy.

Technician was great-transferred all my data, gave tips on erasing everything from my old device, made sure my printer was synched with my new device. He also said to call him directly if I had questions or problems.

The Tech connected the new desktop computer to my existing printer without a hitch, Printer and computer work fine with no problems. Almost all data was migrated to new system with no existing issues.

The agent was highly knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He made sure he understood exactly what I wanted during the install and transfer of data to my new system. I would definately use this service again.
