Geek Squad set up my laptop and printer. Very knowledgable. Even walked up driveway in the snow! Big plus was the fact he was a veteran!

Technician arrived within promised time frame and quickly set up my new laptop. He also quickly transferred all documents from my old laptop to my new laptop.

I am not sure which this is for. In the morning we had Chris who brought my wife's TV back to life on her birthday. He was so helpful and friendly it made us happy to be Total Tech members. In the afternoon we had La-Wenski and as usual he did a quick and professional job of adding to our Sonus system. He had originally set it up, this was an add on. He also told us how to solve another problem and I'll be coming to the store today to buy that. What a day!

Agent Seth Jung set up our new computer and performed the data migration from our old computer. He was knowledgeable, professional and did an excellent job.

The agent did the migration of my new computer and set up. I’d say he did a fantastic job considering the amount of data that needed to be transferred and the different types of files. He answered all of our questions and showed us how to use some of the new functions. Our computer had technical issues and he stayed with us through the replacement and new migration. The agents involved were great!

Brian was pleasant, knowledgeable, -ultimate professional. He explained the safety rules, asked questions re: my priorities and proceeded to explain and set up the Chromebook.

The geek squad agent came in and transferred everything over from old computer to the new and set up everything for ease for my parents. He was quick,on time, and polite.

The agent was on time and cordial. He did the data migration that I contracted for with Geek Squad. I was disappointed that the in-home service did not include erasing the data on my old computer at my site. I was told I would have to take it in to a Best Buy store to get the data on the old iMac erased. Which presents a problem: I am over 80 years. The old computer is too heavy for me to carry down the stairs. And I don't have a car.

The agent (I believe his name was Mike) was very prompt, arriving at the designated appointment time. He answered all our questions and transferred all programs successfully from the old computer to the new. This said, there was one casino games download that did not work properly, necessitating a call to the Geek Squad. In addition, at the time of purchase and installation, we were not aware that there was no audio built into the computer. This was also discussed with the call to the Geek Squad, who determined that the computer in fact did not have audio.

He set up my laptop and printer and connected everything together to my phone and gave me advice on connecting my TV to my phone. Very informative.
