Technician arrived within promised time frame and quickly set up my new laptop. He also quickly transferred all documents from my old laptop to my new laptop.

I am not sure which this is for. In the morning we had Chris who brought my wife's TV back to life on her birthday. He was so helpful and friendly it made us happy to be Total Tech members. In the afternoon we had La-Wenski and as usual he did a quick and professional job of adding to our Sonus system. He had originally set it up, this was an add on. He also told us how to solve another problem and I'll be coming to the store today to buy that. What a day!

The technician migrated my data and set up my device to work with my printer and my internet connection . He did a super great job !!

My Geek Squad tech was great. He installed my new desktop with no glitches, no problems and saved and re-installed my data. My monitor, speakers and keyboard are separate and use port install cables. All of this was done very quickly and efficiently. Four weeks now since the install and no problems! I would recommend Geek Squad.

The agent (I believe his name was Mike) was very prompt, arriving at the designated appointment time. He answered all our questions and transferred all programs successfully from the old computer to the new. This said, there was one casino games download that did not work properly, necessitating a call to the Geek Squad. In addition, at the time of purchase and installation, we were not aware that there was no audio built into the computer. This was also discussed with the call to the Geek Squad, who determined that the computer in fact did not have audio.

The agent did the migration of my new computer and set up. I’d say he did a fantastic job considering the amount of data that needed to be transferred and the different types of files. He answered all of our questions and showed us how to use some of the new functions. Our computer had technical issues and he stayed with us through the replacement and new migration. The agents involved were great!

He set up my laptop and printer and connected everything together to my phone and gave me advice on connecting my TV to my phone. Very informative.
