The person set up our new PC to all our other add ons, printers, routers, cd, stand alone disc drive, etc. Got it running for us. Installed Word, FB and other apps we had. Set up screen icons. Made sure all worked. Answered all my questions before leaving.

The agent was extremely careful and informative when he set up my new computer. He helped organize the "desktop" so that the apps I needed most were clearly placed. He also gave me some very helpful suggestions about how to use this new computer. I was very grateful.

When I was going to purchase my new laptop, I inquired how much would it cost to transfer data from old laptop to new laptop.
