Good work that geek squad did for my home it was honestly amazing

Geek Squad agent on time, knowledgeable, did exactly what I wanted / needed done, was professional and friendly. A great experience!

As I am challenged by technology the Geek Squad was a tremendous assistance in getting my system set up (and set up correctly)!

The agent who did our install and transfer was above spectacular. He was very patient in explaining how to operate our new computer and deal with the changes between it and our old computer. We are limited in our experience with technology and he made us feel like we were capable of using it without outside advice; Aside from those comments, he arrived promptly and bean working right away. He was very professional, patient and polite and did not seem at all bothered by our questions throughout his work. We could not have asked for a more competent individual to install our computer. He is definitely a credit to Best Buy and should receive accolades for the manner in which he presents himself and his professionalism in which doing so. He was amazing !

I know almost nothing about computers or why they work. I don't know how to speak to them ... my new HP Printer said it doesn't speak "old school". So who do you call???? Yup, the Geek Squad. My technician did it all ... reset my laptop cause I forgot all the details and hooked up my NEW, unused laptop with my NEW HP Printer and they speak to each other great! I had a problem a month later and I was able to resolve it over the phone. This service was worth every dollar!

The setup was better than expected. Warren my technician was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. So far everything on the setup has been easy to use and has exceeded my expectations.

This is a great service to buy. My guy came out and tried to set up my new printer but turned out it was faulty so I had to get another.

Best buy of the year. This model is larger than our old unit but takes up less space.

Josh is great. He connected the new computer to the master computer quickly. He does in 30 minutes what Quick Books Help Desk can not figure out.

The technician was knowlegable and answered any questions I had. He updated my printer and and hooked it up with my notebook.

I had Geek Squad set up the computer I purchased 10 years ago and was eager to have someone help me with the one I just purchased. This is too complicated for me to do myself now, so I appreciate the expertise and having someone there to help if there's a problem. So this is well worth it for me.
