Geek Squad is my security blanket. They have never failed top resolve any problems I bring to them. Got a new computer and my info was transferred from my old computer. But still needed some tweeking which was taken care of in less than 30 minute in home visit. I am a college professor but I am not technologically proficient. Geek Squad is a wonderful worthwhile investment.They are great.

I know almost nothing about computers or why they work. I don't know how to speak to them ... my new HP Printer said it doesn't speak "old school". So who do you call???? Yup, the Geek Squad. My technician did it all ... reset my laptop cause I forgot all the details and hooked up my NEW, unused laptop with my NEW HP Printer and they speak to each other great! I had a problem a month later and I was able to resolve it over the phone. This service was worth every dollar!

The agent was on fine, courteous and a good listener. After a short discussion about the issues I wanted addressed, he went right to work. He was helpful at addressing the work to be done to make it least expensive as well. If we were to have brought my equipment to the store it would have taken at least a week to get all the same work, plus the time and hassle of hauling it back and forth. Very worth while. Highly recommended.
