Efficient and professional service.

Agent was very courteous and friendly. No other complaints. Data transfer was excellent with knowledgeable, friendly, and professional agent. Don't Bethany go. She's good.

Geek squad was excellent

He was unable to do data transfer from my old computer. I have to do it in store at Best Buy due to the age of my former hard drive.

Everything I needed done and installed was done efficiently and any questions I had were answered in patient detail. Wonderful service for an 80ish lady.

They downloaded my programs and installed my printer, keyboard, mouse,and audio devices. Appreciated their patience during the appointment.
