Both the in-house copying and home service were fine. Toby, the technician who came into my home took care of problems between my new laptop computer and desktop (which were initially caused by the company from which I bought the laptop and their on-line technicians. They were unable to correct their problems over a year of service, but Toby took care of it in a few minutes. The Geek Squad service makes it worth our time and money to get all our equipment from Best Buy.

I am so grateful for the Geek Squad agents who came to my home to set up my new computer, including transferring the data from my old computer to my new one. They also responded to my questions with helpful answers. They are the best!

I recently purchased a Dell touch screen computer at Bestbuy. I arranged for the Geek squad to install the computer. The installer, Kevin, was very nice, knowledgeable, and fast. He also took away my old computer. I highly recommend using the geek squad.

The agent set up my computer quickly, explained any questions I had. Printer, internet everything everything worked I wanted to pay extra to install software but for some reason it did not work.

I ordered a computer for my sister in another state and she needed help getting it setup and having the old files transferred. The tech who answered the call was GREAT and did an awesome job. My sister said he was polite and respectful and answered her questions easily.

Purchasing a new printer and having it hooked up was a nice, easy process, after finding out my old printer would no longer communicate with the new tower. Quinton Campbell is the best.

Geek Squad has helped me out on numerous occasions. The Geek Squad member I've had the last couple of times has been phenomenal. The Geek Squad member is patient/understanding and doesn't seem to mind if I've added a few more things to my list with regard to my computer. He'll also show and explain things to me which helps tremendously. He's helped me with my computer and TV.

Richard, with the Geek Squad has been the BEST at setting up my printer and then a new computer. He is very patient, and KNOWLEDGABLE.

I like the computer, but Windows 11 had created lots of issues for me because I was able to use many old documents with Windows 10. I know that Windows issues cannot be blamed on the computer. I also do not like the invasive automatic things that take place due likely to AI. I often do not understand the terminology that instructions include. I also had a serious problem when a Microsoft update went wrong. I had to have the Geek Squad out and he had to uninstall and reinstall several programs. So frustrating!!! Again, I realize this is likely not due to the computer, but rather due to Microsoft.

The “Geek” was prompt and efficient. The process took longer than I/she thought because of the transfer of files and a forgotten (on my part, of course) password. Kat was responsive to my uncertainty about the product transfer and use of the new computer. She did an excellent job of both installing the computer and printer, but showing me how to use the new equipment. More than five stars for Kathy (Kat).

The tech who came to my home to set up my new laptop was excellent. Very knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything and answer all my questions. He also made other suggestions on how I could improve my other tech and Wi-Fi which was very helpful. I would recommend to anyone that is not very computer/tech savy to purchase this service.

The agent transferred all the data and some programs from my old computer to the new computer and acquainted me with some the new features of the new computer.

The techs called me prior to the appointment to give me an arrival time. In addition to setting up my PC, they answered my questions and offered some tips and demonstrations. Very satisfied with the service.
