Superb service and expert installation. Got my computer set up running perfectly!!

The agents were friendly and helpful. What they did not tell me was that I needed speakers to go with it and that required and extra trip to the store. I should have been told that i need speakers, not assume that I knew that.

Just a little bit more explanation of what's happening during the set-up would be helpful. Agent was very courteous and friendly. No other complaints. Data transfer was excellent with knowledgeable, friendly, and professional agent. Don't Bethany go. She's good.

Geek Squad is my security blanket. They have never failed top resolve any problems I bring to them. Got a new computer and my info was transferred from my old computer. But still needed some tweeking which was taken care of in less than 30 minute in home visit. I am a college professor but I am not technologically proficient. Geek Squad is a wonderful worthwhile investment.They are great.

When I was going to purchase my new laptop, I inquired how much would it cost to transfer data from old laptop to new laptop. The price was just $30.00 less than if I'd purchase BB TotalTech for a year. I am so happy I have TotalTech. The tech gave to my house on time with a beforehand courtesy call/texts. His understanding and expertise is beyond my expectations. The agent set up my computer quickly, explained any questions I had. Printer, internet everything everything worked I wanted to pay extra to install software but for some reason it did not work.

The tech agent was able to install my brand new computer, hook it up to my printer and get me started. He was unable to do data transfer from my old computer. I have to do it in store at Best Buy due to the age of my former hard drive.
