He was really patient and answered all my questions. I was really worried about upgrading from Windows 8 to Windows 11, but John was able to take me through the things that I use on a regular basis, so I haven't run into any problems YET...lol. His tutorial was "spot on."

I pad setup

It was fast and easy and I did not have to really do anything. Geek Squad did everything for me. They were nice and very professional.
