The experience with geek squad was a great experience the gentleman that came to the house to set up two desktops with new monitors. He was very knowledgeable and was in no rush. He showed my family exactly how to set up and do everything with the computers. Again a great experience at the store and with geek squad. Thanks and good job to Best Buy for have really great employees.

The agent wore a mask and covered his shoes. He quickly sent about his work and even told the agent who was coming to install my TV screen to bring an HDMI cord and frame. I didn’t know but I don’t offer those services, so thank goodness this guy did know.
