Dave was Exprieance and setup every thing and showed me how to do things I want to do how to load the copy and how to work my laptop explaining how and what to do gust awesome

Colin came today and set up my new Micro-Surface and a new HP printer and docking station, and he got everyone talking to one another, synched and our my other computers online with the both the new printer, and an existing. He was knowledgable, courteous, prompt, and very nice to work with. I could not be happier with both my purchase and with the service provided.

The technical expert called prior to the set time and arrived promptly. He took great care in ensuring complete setup and explained how to adapt to Windows 11. He was friendly and approachable.

Love my new HP computer BUT love Geek Squad even more. They set up my computer system, monitor, and printer. He then explained how everything works and asked me if I had any questions. I did, and he patiently answered all of them. Geek Squad is a necessity as far as I am concerned. Well worth the money> I will continue paying yearly for their services. They are the greatest

The Geek Squad members were very experienced and carried a very pleasing manner during the set-up of our devices and accessories. They carried out the set-up, data transfer, testing of all devices, as well as answering any questions we had. In particular, Chad and Tyler went beyond what we expected. We are quite pleases.

Very knowledgeable and friendly technician, got both laptops up and running, installed various programs, and showed us some features we didn't even know about! Also set up our printer.

There's not too much I can say. Best Buy and Geek Squad are excellent and have been taking care of our computer, printer, television and all things electronic for many years. They are reliable and certainly well qualified. I'd be lost without their expertise.
