I had a Good guy help me out! Lol Very Patient!

Took care of me right away as I needed to get home before dark being unable to night drive. They got the computer going in little time. I got home and I had to do a few odd ball things but overall I got the rest completed when I got home.

He was really patient and answered all my questions. I was really worried about upgrading from Windows 8 to Windows 11, but John was able to take me through the things that I use on a regular basis, so I haven't run into any problems YET...lol. His tutorial was "spot on."

Made transition from Windows 10 to Windows 11 easi

He tried to make my transition from Windows 10 to Windows 11 easier. He did fail to remove my passwords from my old system. Thanks to Best Buy I was able to reschedule him to return to finish the job.
