The Geek Squad sent out a wonderful young man who coached my wife and explained the setup for her new Apple MAC14 Pro. He was top notch. He was very thorough. He taught like a teacher.

I find all the geek squads who have been here are really good at their jobs. I have used them a lot lately and have never been disappointed. They are on tme, friendly and knowledgable. I reallly could not be happier or more satisfied.

The two young men that set up my computer were courteous, competent and efficient. They answered all of my questions and provided all of the services that I needed. I was very impressed.

Josh is great. He connected the new computer to the master computer quickly. He does in 30 minutes what Quick Books Help Desk can not figure out.

I had an excellent Geek Squad representative. There was a miss up, a mess with the salesperson who place the order for me over the phone. It was supposed to be picked up and installed by GS. They had me picking it up. Trevor went out his way and honor my request of picking up my new PC and instaling it.

This is a great service to buy. My guy came out and tried to set up my new printer but turned out it was faulty so I had to get another.

Jared found the problems with my computer right from the get-go. He was friendly and answered all of my questions in terms I understood. When things go wrong with the hardware I need someone who knows what they're doing and that someone is Jared. 5 stars and beyond.

The agents were friendly and helpful. What they did not tell me was that I needed speakers to go with it and that required and extra trip to the store. I should have been told that i need speakers, not assume that I knew that.
