The Geek Squad agents set up my new laptop computer and made a wireless connection to my printer. They were very professional, courteous, and answered all questions. It was a pleasure to have them in our home.

Agent Slade made sure to keep me informed as to his arrival time. Once here, he quickly and efficiently set up my new pc, transferring all the data from my old one, and advising me of the features of my new computer. Upon my request, he even removed the hard drive from my old pc for me to save, while taking the rest of the computer with him for recycling. Great job.

Best Buy's Geek Squad are trained well. They know what they are doing and do it quickly. They give advice and give their information in case you need to get in touch with them. I have the Total Tech Home Plan because all my appliances and electronics come from Best Buy. Well worth the annual fee.

Geek Vince from one of the Springfield Best Buys was right on time and got to work immediately with the instillation of my new Samsung screen with my computer. He answered every question I asked to my complete understanding of the question I had asked. He was just great.

The agent wore a mask and covered his shoes. He quickly sent about his work and even told the agent who was coming to install my TV screen to bring an HDMI cord and frame. I didn’t know but I don’t offer those services, so thank goodness this guy did know.

Agent Branden K. could not be any better than what he is. I am not familiar with computers. He was very patient with me giving me instructions even when I called him back the second time. He made me feel at ease asking questions, which helped me to understand faster than if I had been under stress working with someone that was not patient. He is perfect for the job.

The two agents came to my home and handled setting up my new computer very smoothly, answering all my questions. (I was quite nervous about doing this part myself.) They also did a great job of informing me when they would arrive on the day of service, which was convenient.
