Excellent Geek Squad tech for home service visits

Personable and patient, he was perfect for folks who claim to be technologically challenged. My partner found him helpful and was at no time made to feel uncomfortable asking basic questions about how to navigate her (first) laptop! We will definitely be asking for more home visits based on this experience.

Geek squad installed two desktop computers

He was very knowledgeable and was in no rush. He showed my family exactly how to set up and do everything with the computers. Again a great experience at the store and with geek squad. Thanks and good job to Best Buy for have really great employees.

New PC Setup - Great job!

Due to Carlos' exceptional tech expertise, I am finally getting my home office completely set up.
