Geek Squad hooking up new computer

I have no problem getting used to my new one (went from an 8.1 to the new 11)

He was patient with me and explained everything - even writing out instructions on how to do repetitive tasks on my new machine. He did a great job.

I, being a semi challenged lady of "age" was very pleased with the care I received, without judgement I might add. The repair was fairly simple, but even they were baffled as to why some things weren't working properly. They were honest in telling me about this, and very helpful in the suggestions I might consider. The very last option was to just buy a new computer system, which was offered with my budget in mind, which I also appreciated. My original computer system finally began working with one or two of their prior suggestions in ways to try to resolve it. I would highly recommend using this service. They even come to your home if you need them to. I sincerely appreciated this type of service. It doesn't happen everyday. Keep up the good work Geek Squad! B. Mack
