She also followed up with an appointment in two weeks to resolve any problems I might have. I'm completely satisfied and will recommend the Geek Squad to friends.

Great job installing new computer

It all went very smoothly.

All in one computer setup

He got my new computer working. I had my first Zoom session within a week of this seetup and everything worked beautifully

Geek Squad is awesome!

He is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We were so very pleased with the service we received and would recommend the service to anyone.

Techs set up the new Dell quickly & patiently

They were also excellent at hooking everything up to our printer and our new HughesNet internet service. He still has a bit of a learning curve for the machine -- especially since it replaced one that we bought in 2009 (!) and had Windows 7 (!!) on it.

Geek squad installed my computer.

She had her mask on and shoe covering on her shoes. I love that she asked me if I understood and we needed to do to update our computer and printer. Very knowledgeable and patient during the process.
