The geek squad came on time and explained the whole process as she was installing my computer. She had her mask on and shoe covering on her shoes. I love that she asked me if I understood and we needed to do to update our computer and printer. Very knowledgeable and patient during the process.

Vic was great however the computer shipment lacked the power cord. I addition the computer an all in one had screen issues so i had to talk to Dell. Because it was more than 30 days past receipt of shipment. (I was injured in an accident and then got covid so I could not have the product set up correctly. Dell did nothing so I had to buy another computer that met my needs and Vic took care of it.

The Geek squad tech easily hooked up my computer and printer to my computer but was unable to hook up with my iPhones she even tried it with her phone . She advised me to return the one I have and get another one.
