The home computer installation service was excellent. The technician was very competent, polite and patient. He provided superior customer service.

The Geek Squad installer did a great job. He set up our email and showed us how to do various things on the new computer. He was very courteous, efficient and knowledgeable.

I needed help setting up my computer. I missed the Tech boat. The Squad member communicated well and showed up. Setup was a breeze for him so I felt silly. I’m glad it’s done and I would do it again.

We didn't have a new PC set-up, but we had Ryan come out and help us with an email issue that had gotten all messed up due to someone hacking our email address. We had tried 3 times to get help within the store ,but unfortunately every time we came in we got someone else that seemed to take us in a different direction to resolve the issue. So we decided to pay the extra (even though we are Geek squad members) and have someone come to our house to help us resolve the issue. Ryan came and we went through all the issues that I had discovered with changing my email address. He was patient and very helpful and it seemed like in no time he had everything up and running as it should be.

The technician transferred all my data from my old computer, set up the new equipment, installed all the new software, and made sure everything was working properly.

I appreciated so much that the Geek Squad set up my new laptop computer for me, who is so technologically challenged. He answered all my questions, relieved my concerns and in no uncertain terms was great!!!!

The technician got my new laptop computer up and running. He was prompt, friendly and professional.

Vic was great however the computer shipment lacked the power cord. I addition the computer an all in one had screen issues so i had to talk to Dell. Because it was more than 30 days past receipt of shipment. (I was injured in an accident and then got covid so I could not have the product set up correctly. Dell did nothing so I had to buy another computer that met my needs and Vic took care of it.

Took in the old system and had the staff transfer everything over to our new system. Couldn't have been nicer to deal with. answered all of my questions and the schedule appointment was perfect.

Josh set-up and connected the new HP Envoy 6055e printer to my computer, ipad, iphone and wife's android phone very quickly and answered all my questions.

The agent was knowledgeable and transfered all my data. However, they install the wrong email program.

My salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful with my purchase. The delivery guys we also outstanding, the were very polite and helpful.

He was very polite, informative, competent, and gracious to us. He did what was needed efficiently, and quickly. He answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood how to access applications. He is an asset to Best Buy.

The Geek squad is very professional. They how to work everything!! Set up my computer and gathered all emails to one site. Also, set up a printer to communicate with the computer. Connect a small handicap item to the TV.
