Muiz was professional, friendly and efficient. I had hooked up the new computer myself, as well as my printer and speakers but he double-checked everything and was able to get my scrabble game to work!!! However, he was not able to get my OUTLOOK to work with my AT&T email address. It is still not working and I will need some help with this.

Thank goodness for Geek Squad. They installed new computer and connected printer, router, modem and phone to where all I had to do was sit down and start using it. I, literally, couldn't get along without Geek Squad, "Technology for Idiots" is way above my level of expertise.

Friendly professional service but I had 2 other minor installations and was told he could only do the one that he was scheduled for, despite me having bought 2 additional items from Best Buy. He said it was a scheduling issue. Service is great but would have liked to do everything at one time.
