My Geek Squad install was professional and timely. Our agent not only set up my new All-in-One computer, he made sure all of the connected devices were working properly. He gave a great tutorial on the operation of the computer and didnt leave until we felt comfortable.

I am in Awe of how fast the computer was set up and ready to use. I had really special treatment by the Geek Squad. They are very knowledgeable & they answered all my questions, and there were a lot. Later in the evening I spoke on the phone to a couple of Geek Squad techs that helped me with the final steps of putting the rest of the programming on my computer in order. These people are geniuses at what they do. They are patient & not out to add things onto the computer that I didn't & won't need to pay for. or use.

James Lovato of the Geek Squad arrived at his scheduled time and did an efficient and prompt job of setting up our new computer and printer. He also connected our other printer into the system. He was personable and very knowledgeable. One of the better "service calls" we've ever had. Thank you, James.

The Geek squad set up my new computer thoroughly and effectively. It was connected to everything and worked great. He made sure it was set up so everything worked. He even put some extra programs on like LibreOffice, that are standard on Windows set ups.

The Geek Squad member who installed a new desktop computer for my brother was courteous, quick, thorough and went the “extra distance” making certain that the equipment operated accordingly. My brother resides in a group home, and the Geek Squad member handled some unexpected hurdles with the utmost patience. Considering the problems I encountered purchasing the product at the store, the outstanding service provided by the Geek Squad was very refreshing.

Geek Squad rep was very fast and efficient in setting up my new computer. He made sure I understood all the components of the system and how to access them. Gave ample notice of his arrival and came to my home exactly when he was expected.

I know they tried there best to make everything work correctly even after I have returned the First items to get the items that the geek squad agents were talking about so I did but no luck on the second setup no camera's would stay paired up with what the geek squad agents said everything was going to work correctly and I have say that they really wanted to help me out but they were not able to get everything working correctly. After I was told that the geek squad agents are not sure what was going on with the equipment that they really wanted me to buy and I did but no luck with the equipment that they were sure would have given me total access to the cameras and everything else that's was going to be running on WiFi

Agent sit up my computer and all seems to be working well, but I haven't learned how to navigate Microsoft yet, have always just used Google, but Windows 11 seems to want me to just use Microsoft.

The agents set up my new computer. If I had any problems with the computer, I would want the same two agents. They were very mannerly and patient. All of my questions were answered. Advice was given. The computer was reasonably priced.
