Dan Wolf of the Geek squad set up my new computer and made sure that I knew how to use the very basic functions. I am definitely not a computer whiz - perhaps kindergarten level user. He was very patient and while I hadn't purchased a new printer, when it was obvious that my old one would not work with the new computer, he was able to get one off his truck and install it as well. He gave me his business card and made it clear that I could call upon him if I had any further issues. I would feel very comfortable doing so.

Geek Squad rep was very fast and efficient in setting up my new computer. He made sure I understood all the components of the system and how to access them. Gave ample notice of his arrival and came to my home exactly when he was expected.

I like a desk top computer vs. notebooks. Easy to use. Wish Apple offered an alternative to the flat keyboard that comes with it though. I know you can purchase a different keyboard but it would be nice it if came with one that was more ergonomic.

The installation of the computer went well, however I'm beginning to fall out of love with your money grubbing. Why do I pay a yearly service fee - what exactly does it cover, if anything? I recently bought a TV from Jeff Lynch when I found out it would cost more for the installation than the TV if I bought it from you.

I purchase a Apple Mini Mac. I went from a Microsoft tablet to Apple. The tech was able to transfer all my data and set up the Mini Mac that was best for me. Great Job.
